This location could use some updating with its equipment and lobby area.
Service was good since this establishment employs mainly teens to young adults
The main attraction is of course ice cream and is a nice treat at the established prices.

I am so freaking impressed by your delicious signature designer ice cream turkey cake! I had one made for my son's birthday and even he was very happy and totally impressed.. I will be making more orders for other occasions for sure.. excellent planning place

Just stopped by. No mint chocolate chip,no chocolate, no strawberry. I thought this was 31 flavors. How do you have "limited flavors "
Maybe someone needs to do a better job of ordering ice cream for the ice cream shop.

They said hello as I entered.
I asked about one of the flavors and she offered a sample.
She said "that one is really good"

I LOVE Baskin Robbins but when I went to the location in Sussex yesterday- I had the worst experience!!!
There was an employee in the bathroom forever so when he came out I went in and there was NO soap to wash your hands properly. So then I went to get some ice cream before leaving and I asked for a sample of something and the girl employee said no samples (I was blown away!!!) so I ordered the kind I wanted and she rang me up and as she was ringing me up she said well that kind is really frozen so I don't know if I can get that for you? And I was like, what are you talking about, you want me to pay for something that I may not be able to have???? I should have walked out!!!!!

Love it ! Best ice cream cake ever. Wawatosa store has a nice place for the kids to eat thier I cream.

Lured in with free cookie dough pizza sample and then also discovered we had a BOGO coupon as well so we got our favorite cone to cool off with on a hot day. When in Tosa and happen to stop in here, I always get jamocha fudge (because what's better than coffee & chocolate?) in a sugar cone. I chose the Oreo cookie dough sample as well. Although one of my favorite things about this place is how amazing it smells, we opted to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather. That ended up not being the smartest idea with two ice cream products but I'm sure we were entertaining to watch as we tried to keep up with the drips as they melted down the cone!

The service here is always friendly and the ice cream is always tasty. BR offers 31 flavors - as advertised- but I've only tasted about 3, all chocolate flavors of course. The prices are very reasonable but I always try to take advantage of special promotions & free birthday scoops. Whether you sit inside or outside, you can't help but relax, at least long enough to enjoy your ice cream!

Baskin is a pretty popular ice cream chain, I don't typically go for the ice cream but I DO go for my favorite blended beverage which is always a medium original cappuccino blast. It was great, so no complaints there! I had a T-Mobile Tuesday Dunkin' promo that I thought would work there but for some reason it wasn't scanning, but the worker at the register still let me get the discounted price, which was nice!

Went here with my family the other night to try the new vegan flavors! So excited our location has them!!! The ice cream was DELICIOUS!!! It's been a long time since my lactose intolerant husband and my vegan self could go out for ice cream with our family and get something other than something that resembles frozen lemonade. SUPER grateful that we now have options at BR. 10/10 will return soon!
