Baskin Robbins

If you read my reviews, you know I don't give a 1-star often or easily. This location...just OOF. Seeing the Yelp reviews, I knew it would likely not be a 5-star, mind-blowing experience, but my son got a free milkshake card for his participation in a spelling bee that must be redeemed at this location. On three occasions, we have attempted to stop at here during hours posted on their website and on Yelp. No hours posted at the actual shop.

No response at drive thru. Parked and went to the door. The first try (2 pm on a Sat), we saw workers behind the counter but the door was locked and they awkwardly didn't answer when I knocked. I called and could literally hear the phone ringing from outside the door where I stood and they didn't answer. The second time, same experience with the drive-through, locked door, and no answer of phone. Third time was today and...SAME. As we left the parking lot and pulled around the building, I saw a worker standing behind the cooler at the counter playing on her cell phone. *sigh* What a bummer of an experience and a sad kiddo, too. Wish these shakes could be redeemed elsewhere. Save yourself a frustrating experience and go across to Freddy's, Sonic, or DQ if you need a quick ice cream fix while in OR (or Dean's or SassyPants for baked goodies). I truly don't know how this biz survives when they're seemingly never open.

Worst service and ice cream I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. Worker handed me a cup of melted ice cream over flowing to where I couldn't even take it through my car window because it would have dripped all over everything. New ownership hasn't changed a thing.

If I could give no star, I would! And it's all about the rude customer service!

We called the OR branch about getting my daughter an ice cream cake. Before driving an hour, we wanted to make sure they had her fav, vanilla cake with vanilla ice cream as most ice cream cakes aren't this type.

Well we were completely taken aback!

The employee who answered said that yes they have ice cream cakes but she wasn't going to check if our preferred flavor was there because, 'you'll only get something else when you get here!' And then she hung up!

I was so shocked by her curt reply and after that treatment, there was no way we'd make that trip!! So we found a nearby Kroger and bought bakery cake and Mayfield ice cream and put together an ice cream cake DIY!

I don't think this store deserves 1 star but in order to leave a review I must. I have never experienced a employee as rude as Erin. I've never heard anyone yell at her employees the way this woman does. Who does she think she is?!?!? I think she is the owner but how does she expect to keep customers? I have witnessed young girls crying while taking my order because of her treatment. It's disgusting! She is not a smart business person.

Seriously the worst customer service ever ! This black woman was so rude if it wasn't the fact my dad loves their ice cream I would have walked out . The drive through was open but I decided to walk in . She told me to move my car which I did . She wasn't polite or kind , she was flat out rude . She then asked if I wanted her to hand pack it or get it cheaper already packed . I spent the extra money just to make her work . This is what customer service has come down to . I then decided I wasn't going to say anything when I left . But the stupid bitch says have the day you deserve. Are you kidding me ? I told her she was a bitch and her customer service sucked . She then told me she would get my name and have me barred . This is just another example of someone who feels entitled to treat people like garbage and has a job to do it in . Will never visit that location again !

I used to frequent this store at least twice a week for a quart. I happened to swing by the Turkey Creek store and order the same thing and realized they actually filled the tub up so i only needed 1 instead of two. I went earlier this week and they barely filled the tub up half way. On my most recent visit I politely asked if they could fill the tub up and offered to pay extra. The older cashier rudely responded she saying knew how to fill an ice cream tub up. (which clearly is not the case. ) And proceeded to make nasty faces through the window. I refused to give money to an establishment that is so openly rude, and exhibits childlike behavior to customers. I suggest they offer some customer service training. Sadly after looking over their reviews, I see this an everyday occurrence. I will be visiting the Knoxville location from now on.

Extremely rude the worst customer service ever. They was out of Bananas strawberries why are they even open. Could not even get a simple banana split . Some one needs to investigate from corporate and see what is going on here. It also looked like there was only one employee working.

I was in the store and Erin the "manager" was yelling at a little girl who was obviously a new employee. She was completely degrading her because she still needed to look at a recipe paper, so much that this young lady burst into tears. I found out later that this young lady had only worked there for a week thus far. The young lady and the other employees were so polite and working hard and then the manager came in yelling at everyone. The manager was extremely rude to the customers as well. This store would be better run with just the teens working there because it went downhill as soon as this "manager" showed up.

Worst customer service I've ever had. My daughter wanted an I've cream cone, but had never been to Baskin-Robbin's before. We pulled up to the speaker, was greated with "what do you want?" By a woman sounding insanely rude. I told her we needed a second to look, she turned off the speaker, it only took my daughter a second to decide, we sat there for a good minute and said hello a few times, she ignored us until we drove off, will definitely never go to this location again. I work in the service industry and understand having a bad day, but at least part of their employees very clearly hate their jobs, and management clearly needs to make some changes here.

Terrible store. I ordered my cake online, but they forgot to make the cake. They made me wait for 50 mins to wait for the manager for refund! Stay away from this business if you don't want any trouble.
