The clothes are cute and I used to like shopping there, but the owners are complete snobs. Plus, it's expensive enough that good service is important. I don't want to spend $200 on a pair of jeans and get a huge additude along with it.

What demographic are they trying to hit? I feel awkward when I go in there and it's just me with a bunch of 50+ year olds...Ug. They need a make-over. Bad.
