I visited here twice during my stay at Margaritaville. I got a coffee both times. The first time I ordered, the service was rather slow and the coffee did not taste like what I had ordered. It also appeared to not be as clean as it should be. I tried again the following morning and received much improved service and coffee. Overall, I appreciate the convenience, but definitely think there's room for improvement as far as service goes.

Glenda was very rude to me along with a line of adults instead of her telling us to stand back please because she didn't want us to that close to the glass, she told us to Get back like we were dogs! so yes! i checked her and told her that's what a master says to his pet! we are all adults she went back and forth with me. She stood there and monitored the cashier instead of assisting the men in the back making our food cause the line was extremely long. Talk to her please! let her know that her work environment is set up for adults and not animals...The food was good needless to say..

Please don't waste your money or time paid $6 for a caramel macchiato that tasted like water and milk no coffee at all. Service is beyond slow.

I'd give yall a zero if I could! Menu isn't appealing to begin with.. flies on the breads n cakes in the case. Y'all got my order wrong.. waste of money

If you're not interested in playing the slots but want a spot to chill, this is a great place to pick up a strictly okay coffee and take in the atmosphere.

I love this little cafe when it comes to the sandwiches and salads. They also serve meat patties which are also good. My favorite is the original beef patties, I'm not to fond of the crawfish one. The serve breakfast sandwiches too. A good place to grab a quick bite. If you're hungry and in a hurry, even the $5 noodle bowls are a hit. It's a hit and miss with the service.

Pizza was tiny and too dry, thought I was going to choke on it. Too bad this is all they got to offer at night.

I have tried to grab something from this place a few times leaving the casino. I have all three times ordered my Lyft 10 30 mins prior thinking that would be plenty of time. I have never made it to be able to get food. Last night I gave them a 30 min head start. They had 3 people working so I assumed this would be ample time. Well it was so unorganized that I did not get food once again. The lady behind the counter just keep asking questions and did nothing. The other two guys ran around trying to run register and fill orders. I have never seen such a poor managed establishment. With 3 people for most prepared items it should be 5 mins wait at most. They need to get a manager who knows what they are doing.

food was excellent however, the service left something to be desired.
I had the spring rolls with peanut sauce and they are huge and could have been a meal in of themselves. for the main course I chose the salt and pepper shrimp. Five large well seasoned shrimp with the crunch time tails off...delicious.
