BAM Healthy Cuisine

The boy and I were out looking at colleges. Spoke to a few of the school administrators and they said BAM Healthy Cuisine was one of the local favorites. So the Boy and I gave it a go. My son, the boy, had a BBQ Chicken pizza and a BAM ball. I went with the BAM Bowl. All this Bam and no Emeril is throwing me off. Anyway, the bowl was very good. I don't hold back, if you have fresh veggies I want them all. Add some chicken and black rice and I was in heaven. The boy had the pizza, not sure why he got the small, growing college boy and not getting the large. He enjoyed it. I mean there wasn't a crumb left, so my assumption is that he enjoyed it.

The price for the both of us was about $30. Not terribly expensive, but not cheap either.

My favorite meal is the
Sautéed Veggie Salad with Chicken. The house made balsamic vinegar dressing is so good. Great clean eating choices and friendly environment.

The food was decent but for the price it was not worth it. The service was extremely slow and we had 2 young kids waiting in the car for to go. For 2 adult salads and 2 kids meals it was $52. The grilled cheese with fruit was $9 and didn't include a drink. I like the healthy aspect but the cost was a killer. And my kids didn't eat it.

Excellent choices for a healthy and delicious meal.

Great healthy dining experience! Little pricey but better than eating fast food! Bam parfaits are awesome and a great sugar free option!

I stop here any time I'm in town for work. While the wait may take a bit, that is what you get for quality ingredients! This is not a fast good spot. They have a large variety of fresh and cooked veggies, proteins and pizzas. Tons of dairy/gluten allergen free options as well.
Just tried the salmon wrap for the first time and it was absolutely full of bell peppers, mushroom, zucchini, green beans, garlic and salmon. Added bonus is the customer service is excellent and the place is clean and tidy.
Wish we had one of these closer to home!

Our fave spot for healthy eats. They have gluten free, dairy free options which is basically unheard of around the Akron/Canton area.

S​imply put, the food here is awesome. They serve every healthy option under the sun, and I have yet to try anything that I didn't love. My favorites are the salmon bowl with quinoa and the roasted red pepper ciabatta. But I've had smoothies and wraps and salads and pizzas and have enjoyed every last morsel. (The prices aren't bad either.) Fromstrict vegans to Paleo carnivores, I have turned friends and relatives on to this place and they have sung it's praises as well. My only complaint: Maybe they should come up with a catchier name for their delicious oat/Walnut/banana snacks. I find it embarrassing when my friends aske what I'm eating to reply, "BAM balls."

Came here around dinner time. The one person working at the register seemed overwhelmed. She was working on an online order as well as answering the phone. It took her a little while to acknowledge us standing there (which I can understand she was stressed). Ordered 2 regular entrees and the total came to about $34. Definitely a little on the expensive side but I guess what isn't these days. Still, we found a seat at one of the few tables that wasn't visibly dirtied. Went to get something to drink but the ice machine was broken and the water jug was empty. Several people notified workers of this but it took a while for the water to be refilled. Well, then there were no cups. It was almost comical at that point. I noticed a family who had been there prior to my arrival and had been waiting over 30 minutes for their food. I felt bad for the single worker at the front trying to manage as she was pulled in numerous different directions. Honestly I was getting stressed just watching.

Sitting inside is not very pleasant. The hum of the refrigerators is loud and obnoxious. The ambiance is not very comfortable. I had so much time waiting for my food that I could write this review. Hopefully it tastes MUCH better than the experience I've had, although I have very low expectations.

Will never be back. Overpriced and they need to hire more workers at least for busy times of day. And keep their self serve water station stocked, or just install a simple water faucet. Just all around so bad.

Update: they forgot the sauce to go with my meal. Cool!
