Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs

I was in the area for a dental appointment and ordered The Italian sub added pepper relish for a little heat. It was excellent, and in a busy convenient location.

Unless you want to have a miserable day, do not eat at this dumpster fire. The owner is an absolute bag'o'douche and treats his customers like garbage. I went in a week ago and wanted to substitute TURKEY for CAPPICIOLA on a $12 sandwich. The owner NASTILY said no...proceeded to ring up a turkey sub...charged me for extra salami and pepperoni...and the sub was $22. What a joke. He has made multiple nasty, condescending comments to me about being "Mr Rich Man" because I drive a Mercedes...and has attempted to overcharge me before. There are multiple complaints on here over the same issue....is it us...or is it the owner? I work hard for my money...and if you do too....i'd take it elsewhere where it is valued.

I have been consistently been ordering lunch from Baldino's for several months and have had multiple issues ordering carry out using Baldinos website, most recently being overcharged by $2 which the manager refused to refund. Despite being a baby boomer speaking to a Gen Xer, this man was very condescending and insistent that I simply don't know how to place an order on their website. When I told him that I wouldn't return he said, "That would probably be best." The icing on the cake was the employee laughing at me when the manager got rude with me.

In addition, there were three police cars there when I left. Probably best to avoid this location altogether.

This is the cleanest Baldinos around. Their sandwiches are always tasty and the bread is so soft! I love the online ordering option.

Never had a bad experience, been eating here since 2008. Freshest bread I've found in town. Staff is always polite. I don't often leave fast food reviews often, but this is warranted.

They will mess up you sandwich and have an attitude when you say something about it. There was no offer to fix it or nothing, actually I was place on hold while he took orders. I ended up just hanging up the phone. I will never spend my money with this Baldinos again. I should have stuck with my first mind and went to Jersey Mike's . ‍

The sandwich I bought had discolored meat on it (see picture of meat in photos). When I showed the meat to the staff I was told that it was good. I threw the rotten meat sandwich away and requested my money back. I was denied.

I was just hung up on when trying to place a pick up order at 7:45 on Saturday night when they close at 8. I live 3 minutes away and was told they were only serving walk in customers. When I tried to explain to first person that I would be there in 5 minutes they just passed the phone to another person that obviously didn't finish high school. So my wife drives over ther, walks in at 7:53 and was told no more sandwiches. Well she explained how to tell time and the sandwiches were made. 2 subs and 1 drink for $25, I have a feeling the owner has no idea what kind of people work for him on Saturday nights. And honestly the place is a dump, how the health inspector hasn't closed them down is beyond me. Please don't waste your time or money at this establishment.

I love a good sandwich but something I can never get enough of is great customer service. Jiten, the manager/owner, came through for this out of towner in a way I will never forget. I needed food for a family funeral I could not attend. I was 800 miles away and time was a factor. Jiten helped me out as courteously and efficiently as anyone ever has. The large order was delivered, exactly as promised. The family and friends there enjoyed, what they called "excellent" sandwiches. If you care about having your food prepared by someone who truly cares about his product and his customers this is the place for you. Ask for Jiten and tell him I say "hello" and, of course, "thank you".

The workers had an attitude with me when I ordered. Also, what kind of sandwich shop only carries provolone?
