Bakke Chiropractic Clinic

When I jacked up my neck earlier this year, I was in dire need of chiropractic services for the first time in my life. After speaking with a number of my neighbors (I was so old school in my pre-Yelp days), I decided to see Dr Jill Mikkelson in the Waunakee office of Bakke Chiropractic.

And I'm so glad I did. After just a couple of visits, I went from looking like an eighty year hunchback to my usual chipper self. As a first time patient, Dr. Mikkelson did a great of diagnosing the problem and explaining the proposed treatment. She also discussed posture improvements and adjustments to my home office set-up to prevent the neck problems from re-occurring.

The office staff is very friendly and efficient. Making the appointment was a snap and the insurance paperwork was handled without a problem.

Should I need to make a future visit to the chiropractor, I won't hesitate to return to Dr. Mikkelson.

I was so impressed that Dr. Mikelson was in tune enough to suggest a few yoga poses I should focus on to manage my pain.

I started seeing her in Jan for some lower back pain and an ongoing running-induced pain in my shoulder and I've loved my experience. Everyone is warm and personable. Dr. Milkkelson is very positive! At my first appointment she took the time to clearly explain what was causing my pain and set out some goals to manage it. She's been great at checking in with me about how my shoulder is responding to running and races. My running is getting better and better and I'd recommend the Bakke office anytime.
