Great trustworthy company. Being a woman many place have tried to pull one over on me. Not this company. He always gave me options and explained everything to me. Great to know I have someone I can trust!!!!!

I have gone to Baeza Automotive for a while now, and everytime I go I appreciate Luis & Manny more! They take their time to figure out just what is wrong (instead of just replacing everything and charging me for it) and also giving me tips on what should be looked in to next. I also appreciate the reminders that I get, so I know when to return for oil changes. The shop is easy to get to, they provide hot coffee and television while you wait, and they can also offer rental cars through Enterprise if you need one....which is very convenient! I highly recommend Baeza Automotive.

Luis has been our mechanic for the past several years & we are totally satisfied with the work he does. He has many, many years of experience, explains every job in detail, and if you are in a bind he will even pick up your car, work on it, and return it to you. Who does that? You will not be sorry if you take your car to Baeza Automotive.

My husband and I have been taking our cars there for years and we have always received excellent service, spot-on advice, and reasonable prices. Unlike other mechanics, Luis (the owner) has guided us to make the most informed decisions on whether to continue to put money into an aging car or when to cut it loose. He also helped us understand which repairs were urgent or could wait a while. When we were on a tight budget, his trustworthy advice and great service made our situation so much easier.

With regard to service, it's unparalleled. Recently I had called in to have my oil changed. The day prior to coming in I went out to my car to find I had a flat. I called them up and they came out, swapped the flat for my spare, took the flat with them and sent me on my way. They had already fixed the tire the next day so when I got my oil changed I got my tire put back on too. I don't know anywhere else you can get that sort of service.

If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, who can handle anything from oil changes to overhauls, this is the place.

Luis and his crew run an old fashioned neighborhood garage- great mechanics in a friendly atmosphere. My old diesel truck back was ready on time and it has never run better. At last I am not afraid of "getting fleeced" at the garage.
Now the amazing part-Luis stayed late diagnosing my truck and went out of his way to find me rides to/from airport/home. I cannot say enough about Baeza Automotive. Honestly, they act like everyone is family. Take you car there!

Louis and Rich worked on my breaks in what seemed like record time. Not only were they precise and explained everything to me in detail, they were friendly and welcoming. It's the type of mechanic you'll always go to for the rest of your life.

Having just moved to Palo Alto I need to identify a trusted local Doctor, Lawyer and Auto Repair professional. After asking colleagues about my search they pointed me to Baeza Automotive. I met the owner Luis Baeza, placing my family's cars in the hands of a stranger is like going to a new Dr. - hoping he or she will have the required skills expected of performing the job in a professional manner. Having received other recommendations from auto service places in Palo Alto I took a chance with Luis. Bottom Line - I couldn't be happy with the service I received from Luis. He even picked up and dropped of my car at my office. Without question, Luis definitely knows his stuff inside and out - and equally important he's extremely open and honest - wow who would have I actually found a highly skilled auto service provider who's competent and honest. Of course. I highly recommend Luis. I found this article in the newspaper about him that confirms my initial feeling about him.

Luis is the best mechanic I've ever had, hands down. He is honest, upfront about my car, and is always patient about answering my questions. I have a 2003 Volkswagen TDI and he brings my car back to life. I am so lucky to have such a great mechanic.

A+++ Luis and his crew have been servicing our fleet of service trucks for the last year as well as my personal cars. I wish I would have found him years ago !
