Dr. Posner and everyone at Back to Health are fantastic. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor, but many friends go here--so I knew I would be in great hands.

They listened, walked me through everything, and answered all my weird questions. I had my first adjustment and while sore (which is
100 percent normal), I can feel a difference. I'm going back this next week for more and for some at home things I can do to help me on my path to being more aligned!!

Dr. Shara is the absolute best at what she does. I've been a patient of hers for years, and even more recently through the births of two of my three kids. My first baby was an emergency C-Section due to some issues with the positioning of baby in my pelvis (I did not see her during this pregnancy) When I was pregnant with my second and third, I came to see her with the goal of an unmedicated VBAC in mind. She became a crucial part of my care team during pregnancy and I have no doubt she played one of the most important roles in alignment which lead to not only one but 2 successful unmedicated VBACs. She is the creator of a method which she uses on mamas to be, and I am just one of what I am sure are many success stories. I can't thank Dr. Shara enough for helping me to achieve my VBACs and also giving me the confidence that I could achieve them!

Dr. Posner is the best! She is so welcoming and easy to talk to. She is really concerned and pinpoints any issues that you may have.

Dr. Shara and her staff are amazing! I had back surgery over 10 years ago and Dr. Shara was instrumental in my recovery and continued maintenance of my back issues and related pains. The chiropractors and massage therapists are very knowledgeable and personable. They have been able to immensely improve my posture and alleviate the chronic back pain I was experiencing. They truly listen to what the issues were that I was experiencing; I greatly appreciate how they worked with me to address these issues and ensured I understood what the root of the issues were. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of chiropractic care or massage therapy.

Dr. Posner is exceptional. She's a strong, skillful practitioner. She also brings her deep knowledge and commitment to living a health-minded lifestyle to her work. She's so kind and dedicated to her patients. Each time I leave her office, I feel relief. She will advise on a care plan but without making you feel pressure; the only pressure, is good therapeutic pressure! Recently I was experiencing spinal compression and pain from long hours sitting working at a desk. When I reached out to Dr. Posner, she was so responsive and helpful. She provided short and long term solutions that have been very effective. Her team was flexible in finding a visit time for me. I strongly recommend trusting your care to Dr. Posner.

Doctor Posner is awesome. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She conducted a thorough assessment of my issue and with a few cracks, shifts and crunches, I was all better.

It's none of anyone's business what my vaccination status is other than my PCP! I went into receive a massage and was not only asked my vaccination status but was asked if my son was due to his travel from another country. This is unconstitutional and unethical. There was no respect for my privacy and obviously no knowledge of what alternative holistic medicine means! If I wanted a western medicine service I would have gone to my PCP not an alternative modality!

Most pleasantly surprised...

I've only just gone to one visit, but I'm already sold. Dr. Posner is amazing. I had sciatic nerve problem for 6 weeks now and have been using physical therapy for 5 weeks with very little, if any, benefit. After just one visit with Dr. Posner I'm already feeling MUCH better than I've felt for the past 5 weeks. I had been using a cane, but now find I no longer need it.

Actually, it now kind of feels odd to be able to walk without limping or wincing in anticipation of pain along my calf, hamstring and thigh. Great feeling. I will most definitely continue my treatments.
