Baby's Away - Ft Lauderdale

Amazing and incredibly friendly customer service! This was our first time traveling with our 21-month-old and we were dreading traveling with a car seat through the airport. A friend recommended we rent a car seat from Baby's Away. It was definitely the way to go, and we plan to rent from Baby's Away for every future trip! Kerrie was so kind and patient with all of my questions. She really was so nice to work with and the car seat was in excellent condition. I am so happy we used Baby's Away and highly recommend them for anyone traveling with a little one. It was one less thing to worry about!

We've used Baby's Away in Fort Lauderdale several times (maybe 5?) and have been very happy with them. We've primarily rented car seats (baby and also toddler) and they've been great about meeting us at the airport both upon arrival and at departure. Always on time and it's usually Kerrie (and sometimes Patrick) and both are great. Kerrie will go out of her way to accommodate. This last time we rented a toddler bed and double stroller and the double stroller was very high end and the toddler bed was perfect.

Efficient, polite, showing up on time for drop off and pick up. Equipment as stated. Clean and in perfect working order.
My daughter in law and son traveling to FL from MA and dreading the task of transporting all that goes with an 18 mo. That said, she found this site and they took care of all baby's needs. High chair, jogging stroller and crib (not portable but good full size) We would have had to at least make do with makeshift for eating and sleeping if not for Babysaway! Thanks to the 2 gentlemen that came to set up and break down. They were polite and quick, in and out! I would recommend this company to anyone traveling to this area of Southern Florida. What a difference when the babies are taken care of and all can enjoy the vacation.

Excellent customer service from Kerrie! Thank you for everything. We rented a double stroller and some toys and everything was clean and in good condition. Love the door to door delivery service. Makes travel with children much easier if you don't have to schlep all that equipment. You guys rock.

Amazing customer service. Friendly, on time and super accommodating for our needs. We rented two car seats that were in perfect condition. They delivered to our house and picked up. Easy peasy. If coming to the area, Baby's Away is the one to call.

Having a baby means having SO MUCH STUFF, and we couldn't possibly travel with it all on our vacation down to Florida. Baby's Away was the prefect solution for us. It was easy to order everything, pay for it, and schedule delivery and pick up. Everyone I emailed and called was extremely responsive and helpful. Shout out to Don who dropped off the stuff and picked it up after our trip. He was prompt and quick both times. And very friendly too! We brought our own car seat and stroller, but rented a bath tub, bouncy chair, play mat and Jumperoo. It was perfect! We will definitely use them again for in future trips.

Wow!! What a great company. I was visiting a friend in the West Palm Beach area and decided to contact them for my baby needs. I can't say enough
. It was such a great experience and the customer service is great! They truly care and go above and beyond to make your traveling experience so much better. I needed a crib and baby monitor. The crib looked brand new and The mattress was not flimsy. They provided a padded mattress cover which made it even more comfy for my baby girl. The sheets were clean and monitor worked perfectly. Delivery and pick up was on time and what a nice guy. I'm so happy with Baby's away West Palm Beach Florida and will recommend them to every traveling mom. I will sure be using them again.

From beginning to end Baby's Away was a great find! Kerry was so extremely helpful, answering every question and making me feel confident that my grandchildren would have everything they needed for their visit with us this winter. Not only was the merchandise of the highest quality... but the delivery was done with the utmost care by Patrick! I can't say enough good things about this company! If yelp offered SIX stars... I wouldn't hesitate :)

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Their customer service was beyond perfect! They were so easy to get a hold of. Kerrie & Patrick went above and beyond accommodating us. Everything we rented was in perfect condition and super clean. The items made traveling so much easier for our family of 4. I HIGHLY recommend them and would use them again In the future.

I honestly can't say enough nice things about my experience with Baby's Away, West Palm Beach location. We decided to visit my grandmother in Florida for a weekend but with a 5 month old and a 4 year old, we would need a lot of equipment. Another mom told us about Baby away and so we decided to give it a try. We rented car seats, a crib and a bouncy seat. First of all, the customer service was amazing. Pam was super helpful and understanding when I wanted to make a last minute change. Secondly, the things that we received were all spotless and in great condition. Using this service really improved our vacation experience and I can't recommend it enough.
