Robert is the best! He is incredibly knowledgable and makes sure that your home is baby safe while providing the best cost effective options. He doesn't try to upsell you at all. He actually saved me money with his baby proofing ideas. I love that he has his own supplies since researching the best gates is overwhelming. He saw that the wall plugs I bought were actually choking hazards when babies become toddlers. So he later texted me a link on Amazon since he didn't have them on hand. He definitely seems to care more about the kids than the money. He's also so nice! I had a question a month after he left and he immediately text back. I've recommended him to a bunch of my mom friends and they've had just as great experiences with him as I did.

Our experience with Robert with Baby Safe Homes was great. He was quick to get back to us after our email and scheduling was easy. We were able to get an appointment during the same week and installation was a breeze. Would recommend him for anyone needing to baby proof their homes!

It's taken me awhile to post this review because I feel bad doing it but the truth is that I was unhappy with the service. I pointed out my concerns like sharp corners (he didn't have anything for that because they leave goo), cords (again, no solution) and outlets. He could only change the outlet doors on a few of them because the others were too old. I would have said never mind but it costs $100 to have him come out which can be put towards the service, so I agreed.

He then drilled into my cabinet and bathroom drawers to childproof them without even asking if we rented (which we do!) there are so many solutions besides drilling for cabinets. It happened so fast. Then, after he left, and charged us $280 for the fastening a babychanging station and dresser to the wall, the bathroom and kitchen cabinets and a couple outlet doors, I noticed he missed one of the kitchen cabinets. When I texted to let him know, he said i could grab one myself from the store. Or he could drop one in the mail and that it'd be super easy to install. What!? No. So i told him I'd prefer he come finish the job. Which, he did.

I could have done what he did for $20 without drilling into the cabinets, which, hopefully I won't lose part of my deposit for.

Bad products and highly expensive. He didn't give solutions to stove, drawers under the island, furniture doors, etc. he is not specialized, it's just a person who learned how to install few things. The baby gate by the stairs is horrible! It can hurt ur baby eyes when they stand up to close the gate and the same with the cabinets! Look my pictures!!!

Very easy to build your book an appointment. Robert was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a full walkthrough and helped devise a plan that fit my family's needs without being pushy. Work was done same day. I highly recommend this service!
