Pizza Hut

Had a great experience at this Pizza Hut location. I was at the one in Dania earlier and it was a mess so it was refreshing to see this one was much better. They are located in a plaza off Hollywood, 5 minutes from 95. It's a small plaza with a decent amount of spots for businesses, I was able to find one without a problem.

I placed my order online and it was ready to pickup as soon as I got there. No issues with pickup and needing a printout of my online confirmation that Dania Beach location was asking me for. The gentleman who greeted me was nice and friendly. The pizza was hot and fresh. Both of them came out exactly how we asked for and tasted great as well. I would definitely come to this location again and recommend it for anyone in the area.

They gave me the wrong pizza and we didn't get out breadsticks. When I called back to tell them they left me on hold for 16 minutes to "get in touch with a manager" so I hung up and called back and JOHN answered the phone I told him what happened and he told me not to get short with him. I said do not speak to me like that you guys gave me the wrong order then he HUNG UP ON ME. Surprisingly when I called back I got on the phone with a manager in 1 minute so why was I on hold for so long to speak with one at the store? Honestly not a great experience with this one. Hopefully they fix their staff and their deliveries.

Worst Pizza Hut out there! Messed up order twice in a row and manager Kimberly refused to do anything! Never dealt with such a lousy establishment! Not one to every complain and/or try and get anything free but this place truly does not care at all about their customers. I asked for her boss and she gave me a number that is out of service! Stay away!!!!!!!!

Ordered delivery which never showed up. Spoke to the shift manager who only argued with me and offered zero help

Sweet staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My order was made to perfection! Hot and tasty! Thank you Pizza Hut

Indifferent employees that will give you the wrong order and make you wait for it after you order way ahead online. Order was supposed to be ready at 7pm, got there and it wasn't ready. Waited another 20 minutes and given an incorrect order. I left with it because my family was hungry. What a ripoff! Overcharged, but I'm sure the manager is not much better than the employees.

Honestly not even worth your money, The staff in this place is not the best. In less words they are super Lazzy always have an excuse for delivery, or make you wait hours for your food. I hope they take action of this. Don't play with people food. Ordered some pizza for delivery and never came to my home. Not even a call or a notification at least letting people know you ain't getting your food! Not make them wait hours!!!! (just got off of work tried getting some food but no)

I get that they can get backed upright orders. but I'm pretty sure it's called hot and ready carry out not dried out and sat for 40 mins carry out ". Just saying don't even go here.

I wish I could leave 0 stars this location is terrible. The staff looked lost a carry out pizza turned into almost an hour and every patron there was pissed. I tried a pizza place across the street will be going there for now on.
