      Rounded up to 4 as I like most of the people working there.

      New renovation is done and it is a miss. The lights are too bright for those with photosensitivity and the new seats, all types, seem to be on the level of IKEA. Very uncomfortable seating that seems engineered to make people leave quick.

      And the fly problem seems to be gone.

      The small table top areas do have electric outlets under the seats and they include USB A outlets.

      Drive through seems a little more orderly however the screen is broken. Another miss.

      Starbucks corporate had the ability to deliver a better experience and they delivered one that missed the mark and delayed opening by 2 months. This has nothing to do with the staff working there.

      Their coffee is what is expected and the gals are nice but man, they are not fast. Multiple times I've needed to turn around because it can take 15 minutes to get a coffee. I've been to many Starbucks locations where they'll get through a line of 10 cars quickly; this is not one of those places.

      Been here several times. I like sitting indoors but the
      minute you sit down there are flies attacking your food. Happens every time. Can't handle it. Will go somewhere else.

      Always friendly & quick with orders. I like to switch up my drinks & the staff is always helpful with suggestions if they're out of specific flavors you request. The only negative thing I can think of is the long drive thru wait. I always use the app to order so I never have to wait but always see the long line when I pull up to grab my drink. Wonder why everyone wouldn't take advantage of mobile

      Today i got a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with oat milk... and it was DELICIOUS!!!! One of the best Frappuccino i've ever had. I go to that Starbucks all the time and they are fast and friendly!!! Every drink i get there is 10/10

      Long lines for the drive through for the last two weeks. (It's been a problem for much longer than that). Waited 20mins to get my coffee on a Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday all at different times throughout the afternoon. (One day I waited so long, they gave me the coffee for free) To add to the pain, my orders have ALL been wrong. Grande instead of Venti, mocha instead of white chocolate, 2% instead of non-fat, pumpkin loaf instead of banana. (I've ordered the exact same thing for the last 15yrs, pretty sure it's not me). Last week they screwed the order up three consecutive times before I was fed up and just drove away (after the cars behind me were honking. Maybe it's time they actually fixed the order display outside... a whole other story. The drive through has looked like a landfill for the last three days... same exact garbage, took pictures. Where is the store manager through all of this? If I'm paying the premium for my coffees, I expect so much more. Started taking my business to the local coffee hut.

      Yo... how hard is it to manage flies in your shop?! I can't sit for a minute without a half-dozen bussing around me, landing on my cup, on me, flying in my face.

      Really annoying, when all ya need is a dang fly paper strip.

      I have been going to this location on my way to work pretty consistently for the last 6 months and the staff there is my favorite. The interactions are personable and warm my heart. They recently noticed I was driving a different car, and I let them know that my car was totaled in an accident. They didn't even hesitate to cover my coffee and bagel for the day and send me off to work feeling cared for. Would give 6/5 stars if possible!

      This is one of my favorite stops in Monroe. I often come here to get some studying done. There aren't too many places to do that in this town. I've tried the library but without soundproofing and a lot of kids it's actually a noisy disturbing place. This Starbucks is quite accessible and has a good drive-thru. The decor and atmosphere or typical Starbucks. The same goes for the coffee. There's nothing not to like here. The staff are and great and the customer service is awesome
