Must be really retardants not to rate this place 5 stars!!

Chicken Fried Steak: I am a Texas Aggie and I will say it was LIGIT! Hand breaded. Tender beef. Perfect cream gravy. Actual mashed potatoes. Texas toast with the perfect amount of butter and garlic. If they were close to the Salt Lick in Texas ... they (The Salt Lick) would be worried!

Chili: off the hook. If he took it to Trelingua he'd walk away a winner.

Pot Roast: PERFECTION. My wife got it and it was tender with a deep and rich gravy with only a hint of salt. "Melts in your mouth" is overused but Germaine to this dish.

Dessert: I rarely get dessert, but with the quality of the meal I asked. She said "The dessert of the month is made-from-scratch Tres Leches." Normally I would be wary but I got it. Turns out the baker was from a Mexican family recipe. Again...LIGIT!!!!!

I have only been here for breakfast and it is the best breakfast I have had in and around the Lincoln area. We've tried it 3 times now and each time it has been consistently good. If you haven't given their breakfast a try, I would recommend it. I had the pancakes and hash browns, my husband the eggs, hash browns, bacon, and toast. Everything was cooked perfectly. The pancakes were light with a little crisp at the ends. The bacon (ordered crispy) was cooked to perfection. The hash browns, soft center with crispy outside. The eggs, ordered scrambled, were light and fluffy. Everything was absolutely delicious.

I've been to this restaurant a couple of times but only for breakfast. I have only had the breakfast Buffet. There was a 3/3 times that the buffet only had fruit. No bacon was served and the French toast was absolutely disgusting. My mother had the pancakes along with my brother and when they put there forks in batter started poring out. We were waiting there for about 20 minutes with nobody eating before they brought the check. When we went there all of the staff was fighting like the last 2 times. Every time there is fighting between the staff and owner. Every time my Aunt would ask if the hot food would be out soon 3 times and they said that it would be out soon. By the time we left which was an hour and a half later there was still only fruit at that breakfast bar

Very poor service. We sat there for at least 15 minutes before anyone even seen that we were there. They shut the grille down at 2:00 pm so IF you do decide to go make sure you are there before that, we just made it. Food was decent we had Fish and Chips and the breakfast. Fish was good but only one piece. The pancakes were good as were the hash browns. The sausage patty was also good. Although the food is a little above average I can't get past the lack of service.

If I were you, I would pass and go get pizza at Godfather's. Service was not great. We were all missing something from our order. Pulled pork was so over powered with BBQ, we couldn't eat it. Hamburger was very greasy.

Ate there new years eve , wasn't about to pay $26 for a small slice of prime rib . Had the chicken fried chicken and it wasn't fully cooked , ate what appeared to be done and regretted it 30 min later . Although our waiter was good , the old blonde waitress serving the table beside us was making many racist comments to the group sitting there , I kept my hispanic girlfriend from kicking her ass , but barely .
