Disappointed, first of all after opening 20 late. Julio was rude ,I said good morning to him he ignored it gave him the benefit of the doubt he did not hear me , as he sat on his desk in front of me I said good morning again did not greet me well all he said what can I help you with, as a business owner myself if I run late I give an apology second of all when someone give you a greeting the respectful way is to reply even if you are having a bad morning, but any ways ,I felt disappointed and will take my business somewhere else from now on. Remember customers are who keep businesses running. Jesse

I had a very nice experience here. He was helpful, happy, and offered additional help to a very bad situation i was having someplace else. He handled everything he could for me. When I went today outside it said open but we tried knocking but no one answered so I'm like they must be at lunch but their lunch is only supposed to take half an hour and I waited outside for one hour so now I know their service is really bad.

Melissa has been my agent for years, she is professional and very helpful. She always goes out of her way to make sure we r happy with everything. When I went in on her day off, Ernesto was happy to help me. He was also very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Aztec insurance services

Last time I was there they didn't try very hard to work with me ni questions about discounts like if im a homeowner or a student or how often I drive my car. .. nope nothing .... it seems the new staff lack in experience
