TLC Nails

I do like this place for pedicure spa's, however, the nails I can do with out. I gave this place a second try and still disappointed. My nails came off within a week, and then another not even a full 2 weeks. The pedicure was ok, I felt like they could have done a better job with my heels. The next day it didn't look like i had a foot scrub at all. I feel like these girls were trained to do nails and do not have a license. They need more practice. Just not on me.

It was a very unpleasant experience getting the nails done at this place. The nail technician kept interrupting the process to answer the phones, and at times she was doing my nails at the same time as talking to other customers on the phone. I felt like she did rushed and sloppy job, which wasn't an enjoyable experience.

I usually don't get my nails done but once in a while I do for special occasions. I went here to get a simple gel nail color. They did it well and didn't chip at all, and I extensively worked with my hands.

Called for 2pm appt, was asked to come at 3. Was getting a pedicure and gel manicure. They sat me down to have my feet soaked while waiting for someone to be available which I hate because then you're trapped. I was 40 weeks pregnant sitting there with my feet in hot water which I had to speak up on. Then someone else came in after me for 3:15 appt and was immediately seen by woman in charge. The message was short and manicurist kept jamming my hand in the UV machine with me repeatedly telling her I have long fingers‍ never again

Marta does exactly what I want! Her attention to detail in on point! Glad I finally found my go to place!

I would not go back. First the girl doing my pedicure - I told her the massage chair wasn't working. She kept trying to go behind it to fix. She finally said "it no work" and went to sit down. I said why can't I move to another chair (there were FOUR open chairs). With an attitude she said ok and moved me to one right next to it.
Pedicure was just ok.
The another girl did my manicure. After she was done I told her my thumb was streaky. So instead of taking off and re doing she throws on another coat which made it so thick that of course it got ruined after leaving.
My impression was they were just lazy. Will look elsewhere!!

Sometimes the pedicure and manicure are descent. My main problem here is consistency. Today my pedicure was a hot mess. The plastic liner cover they put in tub came off and has wrapped around my feet. The leg message was so weak it felt like she was just rubbing lotion on my legs. My one toenail is cut so crooked. They need for all the technicians to be good. Shouldn't be a crap shoot.

WHAT A RIP OFF! They charge $40.00 for a gel manicure!!! They actually charged me $5.00 to soak off old polish!!! It's so ridiculous. They use cheap polish. Color choices are very limited. Girl who did my nails super non social able. Not a great experience
