Avis Rent A Car

Excellent experience. The manager Matt was extremely polite and very helpful. I had a great experience at that location. He totally made me aware of everything on the car and was kind enough to give me higher car than the one I booked. I was extremely happy to rent from his location.
On retiring to the New York location the experience was totally different. That's a whole other story.
Would recommend Matt and the West Springfield location anytime.

Great guys. I am a convert to Avis. We had a small car accident the night before Thanksgiving. Nobody was hurt but the front of the car was damaged. Avis could not have been more helpful. They immediately changed the car, with no embarrassing questions asked. The new car was even better than the one we had damaged. Great experience all round (except for th4e accident). And two lessons: buy collission insurance, which may seem expensive, until you need it. And trust Avis. A genuinely haoppy customer.

After a huge hassle dealing all day with insurance bs, the Avis representative turned an awful day into a much better one. no hassle, very friendly. I was in and out with a rental in 15 minutes maximum. Highly Recommended.

Everytime I'm in the area to visit family I need a car. I've been to this AVIS several times now and have never been let down. Matt is great at what he does and makes sure all his renters are in good cars. In fact, one of my cars had an unexpected flat tire which I exchanged with him for another car (which was an upgrade) within an hour. That kind of service is what I like and come back to time and time again. Go here for renting a car!
