Gets the job done.
If this business had just pivoted to delivery/curbside, I would understand that it still needs to figure out how to rework its whole operation but delivery should be where this kind of biz excels. Everything was fine about it, I just wish there had been more care put into the output. The pizza was average, the dressing for the salad was all over the bag (occupational hazard, but again, would think a biz like this would have all those kinks worked out) and the lettuce was pretty limp. The pizza cheese rolls (once reheated) and the atomic sauce (spicy marinara? and ranch) were the highlight of the experience. Delivery was super speedy on a Sunday around 4pm (gave instruction for them to deliver to door and leave but somehow that wasn't relayed so played the game of "I think I'm at the right place" to me coming down to the front to collect - no gloves that I recall).Helpful 23Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - Mar 30, 2018
Owned by Austin Powers and about as bad as his teeth originally were.
Specifically reviewing the frozen pizzas that I find an H-E-B grocery stores among others. Honestly they just taste like frozen pizzas. I'm not a big fan of frozen pizzas and I'm not sure why so many Texans seem to think this brand is particularly awesome. It's really not. It's not delivery. It's DiCrap.
News flash. If you freeze your food and then eat it, it's never going to be particularly great.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Feb 16, 2017
Austin's Pizza! I remember coming here around 2 AM really hammered. Nothing like greasy pizza to satisfy your hunger as a college student. After coming back, I realized how expensive it is!
Don't get me wrong the pizza is quite good, but the price is a big high. I think their Happy Hours are much better to come to. The upstairs bar is pretty cool with some arcade games and a small stage.
I would really only come back for the Happy Hours. Other than that, there's some better options for late night food if you're on a budget.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 26, 2017
After getting my passport renewed at the UT International office it was lunchtime and hungry. Most of the students have left for the summer so it was just a few students in here hanging out. I had Austin's before but not at this location. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and water. The place is rather large with a second level and Austin style art on the walls. The pizza slice was thin crust and tasted great! One slice pretty much fills you up.

Having this open 24/7 is the best! After a night out this place was heaven sent when you are starving.
The pizza is pretty good too. Don't forget to check in and get 15% off your meal!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Courtney P.Austin, TX145172Jul 14, 2019
Unfortunately Austin pizza has changed their answering service to robo-ordering which then redirects you to international services. It's so frustrating! We ordered pizza and the international liaison did not enter our card correctly so our order was dropped and it was IMPOSSIBLE to fix it (called three times and an idiot version of Siri answered each time and dropped our calls).
I can only imagine how much business they are missing out on. Time to check out Via 313 or Southside pizza cause Austin Pizza is not worth the frustration.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sigrit S.Wichita, KS1126149May 6, 2017
Unclear menu. Their 14' pizza price says max 4 toppings but the price listed is only for 2 toppings.
Very skimpy on the toppings. Especially for a $20 pizza. Extra cheese was like less cheese, so normal cheese would probably be even less, yikes.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 20, 2016
Great for drink specials, drunk pizza, sober pizza, and pizza rolls. Cheap, on the drag, and very convenient. Extra plus: 24 hrs! As an Austin original, Austin's pizza is a must to cross off the bucket list. Give it a try and you may even come across some live music also!

This pizza was a JOKE. While staying in Austin we decided to order out from a local spot. HUGE MISTAKE. Being lactose-intolerant means I have to order pizza with no cheese. Most restaurants have no problem still creating an enjoyable pizza, no Austin's Pizza. We ordered a veggie pizza. The pizza came with uncooked pizza dough, a lot of marinara sauce, a slice of mushroom and a slice of green bell pepper. Thats it. Total Waste of Money DO NOT EAT HERE.

Hi Jennifer. Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your recent experience with Austin's Pizza. I'm very sorry to hear the food quality was less than ideal for your first time experience while in Austin. We strive to make the perfect pizza for each of our guests and it is unfortunate that our vegan cheese wasn't offered to you by our staff members. If you can leave your information and review at comments@austinspizza.com, we will be sure to fix this and prevent it from happening in the future. We do hope the next time you're in Austin that you'll give us another chance to make your next experience a great one!
