If you're not going to show a property when scheduled, how about being considerate and letting the seller's agent know? Lyndsay Armstrong needs to learn some manners. You scheduled a showing, then changed it for an hour later, then didn't have the courtesy to let our agent know you were not going inside because your buyer didn't like the area. It's acceptable to make that kind of decision. It's NOT okay to not have the decency to pick up the phone. So my wife and 1 1/2 year old daughter go out of their way to accommodate you and your client, on short notice, and you could care less they sat in a car for over two HOURS while you show zero courtesy. VERY unprofessional!

We stumbled into Dan totally by chance when we started looking at homes. We were first time home buyers and had never even looked at a home prior to this. We found a home we liked on Zillow (or maybe Trulia) and called the contact on the listing. That person sent our info to Austin Real Estate Experts and Dan was the person that ended up calling us back. In hindsight, I couldn't imagine how he could have made the experience any better. It was damn near perfect.

Being that it was our first time looking at homes and going through the buying process we had a ton of questions. He made himself available for us to ask questions and was always quick to get back to us. If he didn't directly know the answer, he always had a contact that could help us out. With the number of questions we had, I honestly would have expected him to seem annoyed at some point. He never gave the impression that we were bothering him or asking too many questions. Buying a home is a long process, usually months, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He simply gave us the info we needed and allowed us to make the decision.

I would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone looking for a home or in need of a realtor.

We used Greg Young and his service was terrific. The process was smooth and the staging assistance was very valuable in getting our asking price. We sold our home in 5 days and the transaction went as smooth as possible and we are very happy we chose Greg.

Greg and his team were fantastic. They helped answer ALOT questions and were able to sell our home above listing price after a contingency fell through. I would recommend his team.

This team did a great job helping me sell my home. Matt was available to answer all my questions (and I had a lot!) His staff got my house listed in 2 weeks and it sold in 3 days! I would have bought a home from him if I had stayed in Austin. Definitely recommend this team!

I surely hope this is the worst real estate company in Texas. Their map locaton showed us to the wrong office (i guess they - several years ago - used to be with Keller Williams and either got thrown out or left). Their owners were not very knowledgeable ahout the Austin market (hence the name?!) and were just trying to sell their buddy's new homes and mortgage loans. What a waste of time.
