ZERO STARS!!!!!! (worth the read if you're actually inquiring to live here) This review on this horrid place has been a looong time coming. i wasn't going to even bother myself with writing one because honestly, they're just not even worth the fight anymore but now they wanna try messing with me KNOWING they're in the wrong sooo im here to let everyone know to NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE FOR A SECOND!!!!!! i unfortunately lived here for a year too long and was met with the worst situations i've been in my life. First i'd like to say that the office goes through employees as normal people do underwear. They're beyond unorganized and 10/10 times have no idea what's going on in their own establishment, they love avoiding accountability and will in the end make YOU feel like everything's your fault. Daniel and Shiza are the ABSOLUTE WORST people to deal with when having MOLD growing in your home... oh im sorry, i mean "mildew", as the word "mold" is not an allowed word lol ok? anyways, within the first few weeks of living there i discovered mold growing in the corner of my closet (what a great housewarming gift!). you would think their next line of action would be physically removing the molded drywall and fixing the problem right? well that's where you'd be sadly mistaken as i was too. the maintenance simply came in my apartment, painted OVER the mold and left fans in the closet for about 2 days to dry the paint and further circulate the mold that was still underneath. During this first situation i was obviously upset and looking for some kind of accommodation, as would anyone but Daniel was not in office for a good 3 weeks so we had to deal with "Shiza" who i don't even think knows what her job position is because all she could keep saying was "well i don't know anything about that, im just the rent lady, im just the rent lady"... be for real. no accommodations were given, just a phone number for some lady in their head office who i STILL to this day have never been able to get in contact with regardless of the countless voicemails i left. Unfortunately the torment doesn't stop there, in fact it only gets worse. The time comes around for me to finally move out after a not so nice phone call with Daniel. i was actually able to break my lease due to the SECOND INFESTATION OF MOLD !!!!! but this time it was 10x worse than before !! this black mold again started in my closet (probably has been still growing like i thought after the maintenances lousy paint job as a way of "fixing things") somehow this caused my closet to flood which destroyed hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of my personal belongings that i since had to throw away. This mold grew through the wall and into my water heater closet which is where my air filters/vent is. All while i was suffering with COVID-19. What made me notice this was an unbearable stench when i retuned home from the hospital. i started hearing what sounded like a mini waterfall from inside my heater closet so i opened it up and discovered a hole in the back of the wall with water POURING down which is what caused my closet to flood. i then investigated all closets and discovered black mold in both hallway closets plus my room closet. due to this, my carpet was also pulling up and getting beyond disgusting. maintenance came and tore away only the bottom drywall part of my closet and simply painted over it again. no carpet change and no board changes.
they again left 2 fans in my room and Daniel told me i would have to find somewhere else to stay while they take care of everything. now this is where it gets really stupid, unreasonable and just straight idiotic of this man. After Daniel told me i can't be in my apartment during the "maintenance work" i re explained to him that i have COVID and asked him where he would like me to go while infected... i can't even make this shi* up, this man really said "well studies show that being outside helps a lot with COVID patients you know the vitamin D"..... EXCUSE ME?!? i've never wanted to reach through a phone so bad in my life. i simply replied "Daniel im not standing outside in the middle of Texas summer heat while sick". the audacity of that suggestion just threw me completely off i ended up staying until the end of that month after i was told i will not be getting my rent money back from when i was not even able to live there. Now THIS is where i have a MAJOR issue with these nasty people, i moved out and had my keys returned. i wanna know why a month after i move out i get a letter saying I OWE THEM MONEY?!?! because i "left my apartment a mess" and "pet violation". first off, this little game might have worked with past tenants but i can assure you good and well that it's not going to work with me at all. First of all, i took pictures of how i left my apartment that shows i left it, swept, mopped, vacuumed, scrubbed and dusted so i'm sure that must to have been a mistake on y'all's end. Very nice spot ! Have good pool views and nice size gym. Have lobby with computers and printers, coffee and other little stuff ! Dog park and nice buildings clean location all around.

I have lived here for two months and so far this place is great, two bedroom and one bedrooms are really spacious and I can't hear neighbors practically at all, except when they open their front doors, everything works well and all the problems I have are always taken care of in respectable time. So far I love the place and the prices are amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! They also have new carpets and they are literally the best!

Great quiet apartments, maintenance comes asap no matter how small the call. Been here 3 years never had any problems what so ever. I give it 4 out of 5 because the stoves could use updating and there isn't places for the little ones to play, the dogs have a park but the littlest one don't. As a stay at home mom without a vehicle a park would be so convenient and make these apartments just perfect! Other then that great quiet place to live.
