Top notch. I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my house! Audrey's prices are highly competitive and she treats her workers well so they do a good job.

I'm not sure why some people had a bad experience. But I always have a very good experience dealing with Audrey's. Always on time, always professional... As a self employed single man, I have to confess, my work often keeps me from dealing with my domesticated duties.. and after a while, well it gets pretty bad. Audrey's attacked my mess with a full team and did an outstanding job. This was the 3rd time I used them and each time, I couldn't be more happier. Very reasonable as well. Highly recommended! JZ

I had horrible customer service. When I questioned their bookkeeper about a duplicate bill and asked to speak to Audrey she said they get back to me. It was the holiday weekend when I arrived at the house there was an envelope with the key in it that anybody could've taken and going into my house with a note saying they couldn't afford to work for me anymore and signed it Salome implying that because I'm Jewish I'm cheap. I've never experienced such horrible behavior. Audrey would never get on the phone with me and this was all due to a mistake that her bookkeeper had made. I'm glad I saw her real colors. Seems other here have as well.

We were scheduled once a month and they failed to show up multiple times despite them saying "we'll be there tomorrow" with zero communication. It's basically like begging to get your home cleaned. When confronted there are excuses but no proactive communication on challenges that could have prevented them from cleaning appointments as scheduled.

Terrible customer service. After 3 years, they Stopped our service with no warning siting we didn't use them for the minimum one hour when the crew left the house early before we could tell them there was plenty more for us to have them clean. Awful.

I was a loyal customer of Audrey's for years. Then this summer they just dropped me! Told me they were booked. For loyal customers, a business should show even a small amount of gratefulness. I had never complained when they arrived late constantly, when their crew broke things around my house, or when they raised my prices. I even gave them numerous clients over the years. Their loyalty & appreciation is obviously not reciprocated.

Used Audrey's service every 2-3 weeks for over a year. Workers were great and cost reasonable. I called the day prior to confirm my appointment and the manager went off on me! She wouldn't confirm and started yelling at me! She was very rude and I cancelled the service. I can't believe she treated me that way after using her service for well over a year.

Horrible customer service. I was dropped with no notice at all. I was on schedule and waiting for them to come. I had to find out my self if they were coming or not. There were 2 misunderstandings. One a year ago and one recently. I understand they may have been my fault, but I felt Audry was passive aggressive and rude. Not letting me know until last minute is bad business and beyond immature. Certainly won't be getting good recommendations from me. Wasn't completely satisfied with cleaning either.

Scheduled cleanings every three weeks. No show twice. I called to follow up and she said she would check into it and call me back. Never did.
