Above and Beyond
I don't normally write lengthy reviews, but wanted to share this only because of the terrific experience I recently had at the Audi Exchange with John Ziebarth. Spent several weeks exploring and researching a number of options (new/used/buy/lease), makes (Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Lexus) and models before deciding.
Ultimately leased a new Audi because of the terrific customer service and experience I had working with John Ziebarth (sales) at the Audi Exchange. John went so far above and beyond to answer my endless stream of questions and arrange (so many!) test drives for me. He was always generous with his time, impressive with his quick encyclopedic knowledge, and made the whole experience--which is generally excruciating for everybody--wonderful. Thanks JZ! Ryan Paul and the Audi Exchange team could not have been more accommodating! Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful ordeal, and it's definitely exacerbated when dealing with a "pushy" salesman. My experience with Brian Balinski and the Audi Exchange was, and continues to be, exceptional. His attention to detail, patience answering questions, flexibility to meet when convenient for my schedule and overall professionalism are top notch. The Exchange beat the pricing of other local and out-of-state offers, with discussions around price also being very professional. No hard selling, which was greatly appreciated. Even the service team is fantastic with a VIP experience.
I highly recommend The Exchange and Brian himself for any Audi considerations.

Don't give this place your time of day. If you want a brand new Audi, by all means you can't go wrong, we've purchased 3 Audis from this location over a 10 year span. I called the other day inquiring about my Audi s4 LID tail light. Audi tail lights like many vehicles have a portion of each rear tail light fixture that is divided by the trunk (the LID). The portion of the tail light mounting that is on the lid is the portion on the trunk. I've been aware since day 1 that the fixtures are comprised of individual leds. Because of this, I was skeptical when every led went out all at once. Because LEDS are sequential I assumed it was either one bad led, wiring, or even a fuse. Not wanting to waste any money I called the dealership where we've been a loyal customer for years in good faith. I was transferred after some time to a technician. I explained my situation, politely asked what my best diy option would be. Not only did he claim it's unfixable (which frankly is just absurd, don't insult the public, I'm a mechanical engineer and to hear unfixable almost made me laugh) but he said for a new fixture (which was my "only" option" that it would cost $617.00. Think about that lady's and gentleman. For a burnt or faulty single LED, or god forbid a burnt or detached wire, im given the ultimatum of either don't fix it, or spend enough money for 21 twilight bulbs for my Range Rover. It's insane.
So I did my own research. eBay has CERTIFIED and documented options for as low as $114.95 + like 10 or 15 for shipping. Every until has the original Audis car vin it originated out of, mileage, and contact info.
Bottom line, when customers that have spent well over a few hundred thousand at your dealer, you'd appreciate not being jerked around from some minimally educated mechanic trying to rob you of your money. Never pay such an insulting amount of $617.00 for new tail lights. I'll leave my email for personal inquiries as an engineer to provide fixings to any Audi faulty or busted tail lights with a legally stamped warranty from my LLC which is devoted not for profit but for accommodating with reason where larger business won't.
This phone call with Audi took place on 11/3/2023 at 12:57pm. Again, I can't emphasize enough not just the absurdity of your prices, but I get that. However, when a regular client whom has bought numerous vehicles from you calls and inquires in good faith over the most reasonable move/repair for a simple lid tail light only to be forked over with one option--to replace--it's extremely insulting.
Audi taillights are comprised of 88% plastic, the rest being different metals for wiring and screws, etc. The LEDS used are dirt cheap not even equating to a dollar PER. There's no universe where a simple plastic casing essentially should cost such an exorbitant amount.
I purchased my alternative with immense satisfaction, and from EBAY out of ALL places. That's embarrassing. Take better care of your customers. Everytime I speak to what's supposed to be a professional it sounds like somebody at Audi passed the phone to some 17 year old rookie. Like, what the hell is going on over there?

Bought the car not knowing it was going to need thousands of dollars in repairs. Window seal in drivers side was messed up on the day I purchased the car. I was told the warranty would cover it and it didn't. Got quoted $1,000 out of pocket to fix the window. The whole coolant system needed replaced (partially covered under warranty). Sunroof wind guard was broken and needed completely replaced (not covered under warranty). Very disappointed because the buying process at the dealership itself was a pleasant and easy. But I feel deceived by having so many problems with this car so early on with owning this car.

Bill Wilson was quick to help me and was very respectful unlike other dealerships due to my young age I can only assume. Car was priced appropriately and was cleaned well prior to my visit. I let them know about 20 minutes ahead of time I was coming in and Bill had all the paperwork ready for me to view. Have had some minor issues with the car so far as I've only had it a few days but they're working with me to get those said issues fixed with the warranty I purchased. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

By far the best dealer experience I had during my vehicle search.
Ryan was phenomenal to work with while placing my order. He explained the process and options available, gave me space while I was making my selections, and was readily available when I had questions. I wasn't rushed, or pressured, into making decisions and felt I had the space to focus on exactly what I wanted - it took me about two weeks to finalize the details of my order (delivery 4-6 months later). The result was an A4 Allroad that I absolutely love and feels like it was built exactly to my preference and style, which is how a custom order should feel.
On the business side, Shawn was able to lock in an interest rate, for the portion financed, that was better than what was estimated with the two pre-approvals I had.
