They re-routed my furnace condensate pipe to my house's pipes last year. Originally the pipe was directed to the back of the house, making it freeze it winter.

I have a water heater installed by Atlantic Mechanical that is still under warranty. The heater is no longer providing hot water. I have called them about the issue, at least 8 times this week. It took 2 days for them to call back and and when they did, I was told they were booked up this week, but they would work to get me in next week. So far they have not responded to 3 calls I have made to secure the date for the tech to come next week. They advertise that the are "Reliable, Responsive and Respectful" on their site, so much for Responsive and now I'm starting to feel like they aren't Respectful either.

I have used Atlantic Mechanical twice, once for a water heater and once for a garbage disposal. Both times they were prompt and professional and the work was done right the first time. I also think they are a good value as compared to other plumbers, at least based on my experience with my sump pump that another plumber put in. From now on I will not stray from Atlantic Mechanical, they are on my very short list of reliable contractors.

LATE. I scheduled an appointment at 8AM, but had to call at 8:45 to find out if the guy was coming. She showed up after 9AM.
I coordinated with my warranty company to have them do specific repairs to my furnace, but the warranty company and Atlantic Mechanical failed to communicate adequately on what specifically needed to be repaired/replaced, so it was a wasted service call that cost me money for no reason and made me miss a few hours at work.
I didn't have a choice in using them because the warranty company has a contract with them.
The rep was nice, but late. He reviewed what I had already stated needed to be repaired and confirmed what was already known. He ignored the other parts of the system that were likely failing because they were functioning. His definition of something that needed to be repaired/replaced is whether it works or not. No thanks, I rather not have to call a person out when it has failed when preventative repairs could have been done.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Please understand this was a home warranty call and we have to follow the protocol of the warranty company of diagnosing the issue and getting authorization for the work as well as what repairs should be completed. If we weren't able to make other repairs, it is because the warranty company's instructions

I had a very positive experience with Atlantic Mechanical. Coming off of a job with another plumber that was very disappointing, Mike came in the day we called and got the job started. They fixed the piping work the previous plumber messed up on that same day. They followed up with me to make sure the work was completed in a timely manner and it was. They have continued to guide me in the right direction as i rehab my home. Its one step at a time but Atlantic has made it a much smoother project. Thanks!
