We called with a broken old Dacor double oven door, and Singh was able to order and replace the hinges within a few days!

He was professional, delightful, and efficient, and we will certainly be calling him back with further appliance concerns! He was also able to give us some advice on another temperature problem with our upper oven, but we hope we won't have to call him back on that particular item!

I called them on a Saturday and had a technician inspecting my refrigerator within about 2 hours. The technician (Sonny) immediately diagnosed the problem as a failing evaporator fan unit. He ordered a replacement part, which he had to pick up two days later and installed it. It works perfectly now. He also cleaned the coils and other parts of the refrigerator as a courtesy. Will definitely call them next time I have a problem.

Based on the positive reviews here I scheduled to have my refrigerator repaired. I am very pleased. Vic was fantastic. Very polite and very thorough. I had another company look at my fridge years ago and they said nothing could be done about the frozen drain for the frost free freezer. Vic on the other hand crawled behind the narrow space to access the back panel and took the time and effort to clear the frozen drain. I am delighted I do not need to replace my fridge. Additionally Vic told me how to avoid a service call in the future. All this and a very reasonable fee too.

Singh was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. We called on a Monday evening and he came Tuesday morning, fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I will use them again!

My dryer was making noises when running so I had Atlantic Appliance Repair correct the problem. Hicham was able to schedule my appointment a few days out and he arrived early within the window period. He was thorough to to alleviate the drum from making noises. I believe he charged me a fair price. Some of my dryer's screws got mixed in with his and now I need to go to a hardware stores to get replacements.

OUTSTANDING. Same day service is unheard of now a days and they were here within hours of me calling. INCREDIBLE. The technician (Vic) arrived earlier than expected but he called first to tell me he would be there in 10 minutes. He was friendly and extremely professional. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and gave me an excellent price. Due to parts he had to come back the next day but he then not only repaired the problem. He serviced the dryer to ensure it would work well. I will call them quickly when I have a problem in the future. And will be #1 on list when I recommend someone. Top notch service.
