Used Byron again this past week and as always, was perfect. He was able to pick me up at the exact time my flight got in and get me to where I needed ASAP. Not only that, he was very responsive regarding my requests for pick up/drop off times before I even got there. Byron is super accommodating. I ended up falling quite ill the day I was supposed to take off from LAX, and at the very last minute cancelled on him. He was still able to pick up my coworker and even pick me up the next morning when I felt well enough to fly. I will ALWAYS use Byron and AYS when I travel to the LA area. There is no one better.

Highly recommended car service. Byron is fantastic with customer service. Extremely responsive and worked with me jumping from phone to email to get a night out on the town arranged.
Byron, who is the owner, also drove us that evening and was a true professional: Courteous, friendly, on time, and flexible. The car was in excellent condition, super-clean and perfectly cool in the hot valley sun.
His rates are extremely affordable. I could not be happier with how the evening went. I would call him again in a heartbeat. -

Byron is as good as it gets.
I'm a business traveler - and have been using AYS for the last three years. They have been (and always will be) my service of choice. The price is right, the cars are *always* top notch - and they always make you feel like a star.
Whether it's an airport run (which I mostly use) to maybe a date night with my wife - I know AYS will show up on time and be professional. I can't tell you how many times I've recommended them to my friends..
Plus... Here's a secret... They've got connections in other cities... So - if you ask they can arrange for a car in your destination city as well... And it comes on one bill... It's awesome...

I have been very pleased with the quality of service At Your Service Limousine provides. I sincerely appreciate the responsiveness and the way the company conducts business.
I highly recommended their limousine service because of my satisfaction with their level of service and professionalism. The limos are always promptly on time and very well kept. The drivers are pleasant and conscientious of their job in making sure you are on time.

Was not impressed at all.
1) When we booked the ride over the phone, the owner said that he adds the tip on all the rides (like its mandatory) - We explained to him that the passenger would like to pay cash. He then said, ok I will make an exception. Really? tip should not be mandatory.
2) We asked for a new sedan car. He said that he has a 2008. We were then informed that the same car he used to pick up the passenger had 280k miles on it. So I question the yr of the car. Or if the car was really a 2008 with that many miles, maybe it might be better to change that car. Passengers don't feel safe knowing that the car has over 280k miles
3) The driver/ who was also the owner DID not help the passenger with his carry on bag or the checked in bag. The passenger ended up pulling the bag from the baggage area to the cart. the Driver did not even move to help.
4) The driver was on business calls while being with the passenger. I guess the down fall of having the owner drive would be that he needs to pick up other business calls.

I have used AYS several times since moving to LA from Seattle. I am a personal assistant who is very tough on the vendors I choose to take care of my principal. Not only does Byron take excellent care of my boss he also takes excellent care of my family's transportation needs. Bryon is personable as well as professional. He is a great communicator and his follow thorough is top notch. I have not a single worry if I make a reservation for a 5am pick up that he will not show up. What I love about Byron is he can bounce back and worth from his mobile to email then a phone call. I really appreciate his flexibility. The car is always in excellent condition and clean. He knows both my husband and boss like to have the LA Times to read while in his car so he always has the paper ready for them when they get in. In my opinion Byron is truly "at your service".

The service was absolutely amazing. The driver arrived a little bit early and his driving skills were superb! We were barely able to tell when he stopped. The limousine was really nice too. It was fully loaded with cool lights, tvs and nice seats . It even had karaoke!
Overall, At Your Service is highly recommended! -

Byron provided towncar service to and from LAX for me during the crazy busy Thanksgiving holiday weekend. He confirms by email, is on time, knows the fastest routes, wrangles all the luggage and puts everything including a standard 18% tip on the credit card. He's a total pro. Don't waste time with late, lost, rude taxi cabs. Spend a little extra and ride in style.

Byron is the best! He makes sure you get to where you are going on time, and in comfort. He always knows the best route to take to beat traffic. He arrives early for pick up and his car and appearance are immaculate. I love coming down the escalator at LAX to baggage claim knowing that Byron will be waiting there to pick me up. FYI, we have also used him to connect us with drivers in other cities and his recommendations have been perfect.
