      DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!! I wish I had checked the reviews before setting the appt and coming to this store. The "service" is a joke, aka non-existent. i arrived 5 min early and for my appt after waiting 35 min (and no help, barely acknowledged my presence) I left as I have things to do. The people wearing the at&t shirts didn't seem to give a rats a$$ about anyone waiting. BTW, 2 other people who were there ahead of me, left before I did. It wasn't just me. There should be a zero star option.

      Not surprised they have a 2 star rating.
      We've had nothing but issues with our phone for a couples of months. We were advised to go to a Apple store for repair, did that still didn't work, advised to call Apple for another device, got another device still didn't work. Apple can't do a refund because the money was given to AT&T, I'm here to do the refund and they won't do it because it's an Apple phone not theirs.
      Poor people have the same problem with no support either. LoL. This place is a joke. We're leaving AT&T all together. They are a problem with business accounts and consumer.

      We walked in and nobody greeted us, not to mention it's not a lot of people in here so when it was time to talk about phones nobody seemed to be "available" they're jus aimlessly walking around ignoring me and my mother

      I had an excellent experience at this ATT store this morning.
      I tried both Friday and Saturday calling ( the number listed on the ATT web site) to solve my issue over the phone without luck.
      On Friday I was on hold one hour and 16 minutes without ever speaking to a representative, although the recorded message said the hold time will be approximately 10 minutes. On Saturday I did speak to an agent John- was on the phone with him for 30 minutes- he could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor- he told me they were all busy but a supervisor would call me back. Four hours later I did get a call from Supervisor Vic. He told me to fill out a form online- which I couldn't access.
      Today- I walked into this store- a lovely salesperson named Wafa, listen to my problem- said sure I can help you and within 5 minutes she had solved my problem. She checked to make sure the issue was resolved on both my phone and on my computer. It was such a relief!- Thank you Wafa

      Horrible horrible horrible. Even The store manager is horrible. I walked in right behind an older couple none of us were greeted. It was rather busy but no one not one person said anything to any of us. I only went in to exchange a charge that stopped working within 2 months. I wanted to exchange for a better version of the charger (at exact same price) she wouldn't allow it. So I said that's fine give me the exchange for the one changer & I'll buy the other one & I get a 50% discount from my job. & she refused to apply it on an att brand charger. Because it was a "new" product. She was rude so I changed my mind & refused to give that piece of shit store any of my money. I walked out with just the exchange after 30 min. Save ur time & Money.... travel a bit further for better customer service. I've never had this issue at ANY att store & ive been to several in a few different states.

      This is how it was given to me. She took it out of the box & wrapped it with the receipt. Doesn't seem right at all.

      Horrible customer service. We were greeted when we arrived and told there was no one ahead of us so we'd be next. We waited for at least 20 minutes. The last straw was when a "worker", and I use that term loosely, sat down at the table next to us and was playing on his phone. We got up to leave, he looked at us leaving and went back to his phone. Shame on you AT&T!

      Worst service on the planet. Talked me into switched from AT&T UVERSE to Directv. Biggest mistake in of my life. Said the technology has changed and the dishes now work better. Such a lie. My signal goes out if there is a cloud in the sky. Literally goes out at least 10 times a month!!! Also AT&T internet is awful. Can only use one device at a time and it's still very, very, very slow. If zero stars or negative stars were an options that's what I would give.

      Great job Noor! Noor was very patient and friendly with me. I explained my problem the phone was giving me. He grabbed my phone and figured it out in a few minutes!

      Great experience! They weren't pushy, we took advantage of the current promo (Uverse, unlimited enhanced wireless plan, new iPhones -BOGO!). Salesmen (Nadeem and Todd) very friendly and helpful. Store manager, Francisco, followed up when phones came in. Very professional. Overall great experience. Thanks guys!

      The worst experience I've ever had. The manager greeted us at the door asked"what do you want?" I should have left then. When we told him we were there for a repair he said sit down someone will be with you. Then sat at the table next to us with his back turned. We waited 20 minutes asked him what was up he said "I told you someone would help you" finally I asked one of the three people working there that had no customers if we needed to do something special to get help. He listened to our story and gave us a number to call.
      That's fine but we spent 30 minutes wondering what was up.
      Go to a different store you have to get better service.
