Asc Appliance Repair

We had the pleasure of working with DEREK, a service technician with ASC, who went above and beyond by coming out to fix our refrigerator that had multiple issues going on. Other service techs from other companies had no luck in finding the true issue, but Derek did not stop until he figured it out. He came out to our home on a Sunday night, and spent 3 hours taking things apart, testing different theories, and explaining things to me as he went along. And this wasn't even his first time here! With the repairs taking hours, I had several family members coming for dinner and he must have heard me apologize to them that there was no ice yet for the drinks, he actually went and got a bag of ice AFTER he left at 8pm on a Sunday night and brought it back to us!! I couldn't believe it!! It was so kind, and even after working so hard and long hours to fix our fridge!! I will recommend Derek and his company to ANYONE who asks me!! Not only he is an excellent and skilled technician but a fantastic person to boot!! AAAAAA++++

My refrigerator went out and they offer same day service on all major brands. I called them around 8:30 am to schedule an appointment and was promised a quick response by the tech.

Around 11:30 I called because I need to plan. I was again promised a quick call.

At 2:00 pm I called and was told that they won't repair my GE fridge because it is the wrong model.

Now I have to figure out how to get this fixed with only 3 hours left in the day and a business trip in the morning.

Very unprofessional.
