Art of the Party DJs

Art just DJed our backyard wedding and wow! Not only a fantastic DJ with the most upbeat, happy energy but such a NICE person. He was always responsive, prompt and flexible. I can't recommend anyone more highly than Art. He made our magical evening even more magical than we thought it could be!! He has such a happy, positive energy and really helped set the whole mood for the party. We had a western themed wedding and he came in the coolest outfit!! He totally dressed on theme! What a joy Art was to have at our wedding, I sincerely hope we get to work with him again soon!

It was tricky finding a DJ that we "clicked" with. We talked to several and they all kind of gave the same sales pitch and no one really stood out to us. After an exhausting search, we talked to Art on the phone and met him at a coffee shop. We felt right away he had the right energy we were looking for! He was very personable, flexible with pricing, and kept in frequent communication with us. Even when something did not go according to plan, which was to bring a lav mic for the ceremony, Art let us know it was MIA right away and he also presented us the solution of using a wireless hand-held mic instead. We may not have noticed the difference, but we appreciate his honesty. He kept things moving along during our wedding and even the venue staff commented on the great music that was being played. We used him for DJ/MC services, photo booth and up lights. Overall, it was great working with Art and we would recommend him to friends and family.

Art was very reasonable and understandable.

Art did a fantastic job at our daughter's college graduation party! He asked for an idea of what wanted and he delivered! Our guests were from late teens, early twenties up to folks in their late 70's and everyone was on the dance floor. It was so much fun! He is a really nice guy, too, a great presence and great announcer! He made the event very special and very fun. I will definitely hire him again for my next backyard bash.

Art has amazing charisma, a great speaking voice and an excellent taste in music and knows what it takes to start a party and keep it going.

He went above and beyond when we asked him to help us out on a few fun projects (special, funny intros for our bridal party and making sure a surprise music video from the bride was played at just the right time). He also had karaoke (which many other DJ's don't) and that was a ton of fun later in the evening :)

The photo booth he provided was state of the art and the up-lighting he used around our room truly transformed it and was so beautiful!

Our wedding was the most beautiful and perfect day ever, but we still had some disappointments from almost every vendor except Art. He is the only one who delivered 100%, no disappointments and far exceeded our hopes and expectations!! Thank you so much Art, you are the best.

We had Art for our DJ for our pool party. The Karaoke was a huge hit with our guest. We played music initially, followed with Karaoke. Our guest are still talking about it. Also shopped around and could not beat the price Art charges for 4 hours with both music and Karaoke. Art is very professional and fantastic with guest. Highly recommended, hopefully, I will be using his services again soon. Thank you Art for making our moments even more entertaining at an affordable price!

Truly professional and affordable. I recently held a memorial for a dear friend; Art arrived on time, set up without any kinks, and did a spectacular job. He's got my highest recommendation.

Art was such a great DJ! His photo booth assistant was great as well! Art drove to our venue months before the wedding to scope out the venue for set up the day of the wedding. He arrived early the day of the wedding and made sure everything was set up and ready to go. He played songs we wanted and was willing to play any songs our guests wanted. He also helped me create a custom photo card for our photo booth. After the wedding, he hand delivered an album with a copy of every photo booth photo taken the day of the wedding. Thank you Art!!

Loooooooooooved Art! He was the DJ at my wedding this past weekend and he was so much fun! He kept a good flow going the whole time and made it a point to come up to me to ask if there was anything specifically that I wanted played. He took request and all my guest said he was easy to approach. I hate when DJs seem like you're bothering them when you want to request a song. Art encouraged it and it made everyone feel very comfortable. He also came with a photo booth and my guests loved it. At the end of the night they gave us a book of everyones photo strips and they are hilarious! I had no idea we were going to have that memento and I am so happy we do now. If I ever have another event where I need a DJ I will 100% book him again.

I was looking for a very specific kind of DJ. I needed someone who could both DJ and KJ. Most KJ's are eccentric, try to overhype the crowd to increase participation, and wear weird clothes. I wanted a DJ who was able to blend music, fade from song to song, and ALSO have karaoke available for my guests.

Art was exactly that.

Art was so pleasant to work with right from the get-go. Easy to talk to, easy to plan with, and very flexible. He took all our suggestions and played them, he was responsive to our guests' requests, and also was great on the mic.
