Arizona Quick Title & Registration

Save yourself the trouble coming here. This place is not open nor have I ever seen it open. EVER. I come by here many times a week. It's closed. Don't waste your time.

I bought a truck and the MVD was already closed so I found Arizona Quick Title and Registration online and their website and Yelp both said they were open until 6pm.

I drove 25 mins out of my way and got there at 5:30. So excited to get my new vehicle transferred to my name and registered before the holiday weekend. I was extremely disappointed when I got there and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed Friday.

I went back Saturday at 9:15am and was only person there so served immediately and left after 10:30am. Over an HOUR with NO transferred vehicle tile or registration because the gal couldn't figure out how to transfer an out of state title. She also didn't know how to transfer a plate.

I had the right of mind to ask her for a 3 day temporary registration and she charged me the convenience fee even though it's her fault I need the temp registration!

The dealership representative where I bought the truck, met me at Arizona Quick Title and Registration and took the Title to her Title and Registration person. The new gal couldn't transfer the Title and register it because the gal at AZ Quick Title and Registration messed up so badly that the mess has to be figured out by the actual MVD on Tuesday (Monday is a Holiday) and undo her mess.


I am so not a fan of spending time and money at a business to be worse off then when I went in.

I am so mad and will never ever use this business again. I rather drive registration-less and gamble with being pulled over rather then dealing with this again.

I have been here 3x in the last month and EVERY TIME they have been closed during business hours. They put a little handwritten note on the door as if somehow that is helpful!! It is ridiculous. This place is the worst. Don't waste your time driving here if you actually need them to be open!!!

I had a fabulous experience with this business! Despite being busy, we were in and out in under half an hour. Also, they have limited hours on Saturday, and that was perfect for us! Most title transfer businesses in the Scottsdale area are closed on Saturday. Very happy customer and I highly recommend!

Came here at 10:15 am employee was just arriving for work. Supposed to open at 10 am. After 45 minutes realized she had no ideal what she was doing. Price kept going up. Had her refund what had been charged. Went to the DMV At 4 pm got right in and it was $100 less than what Quick title was charging me.

I drove across town to get here because they closed at 6. Walked up to the door at 5:25 it was locked and the lazy lady was helping someone. I waited 20 minutes for her to help this lady, and when she was done the lazy employee wouldn't help me. Even thought it was still 15 minutes to closing. After the doors were locked 35 to closing, after I stood in 100+ degree heat! Was mad enough to leave a yelp review. I would rather spend a day at the DVM then go back here. If the lazy employee wasn't the owner I would try to get her fired! Okay I'm done with my rant

Worst than the dmv itself.
People are rude when I asked for something they told me over the phone they could help with I was told by the guy at the counter we can't do that.

This place is unprofessional, and the manager/owner/clown is an incompetent moron. He was very confused on how to register my out of state car which is pretty pathetic considering this is his "career". He also shows up when he wants, don't bother being there when they open because he probably won't be there until about 20 minutes after his posted opening times. If you want to waste your time and see how a real tool works, go to this guy. I've been a yelper for a while now and this is the first review I've written so that should say enough. Have a good day, now I'm going to crack a beer.

Oh and here's an extra nugget, he works in socks and slippers. A true professional.

Great place quick wonderful service and the guy was nice made it easy and understandable

This place makes is so easy for a vehicle renewal. And it was only a $16 convenience charge added to the total.

I was seriously in and out in less then 5 minutes. Highly recommend this vs going to the DMV and waiting in line.
