Absolutely disgusted to have received my roast beef with what looks like a pubic hair on it. They did swap it out when my husband took it back in and brought it to their attention....

TERRIBLE STAFF! Absolutely terrible staff. They will waste your time waiting for food that apparently can't take less than 10 minutes for exactly one meal. I was in line after ordering for way over 10 minutes but I'll be modest here. After I paid, I was pulled toward "waiting on nuggets." Well I'd already been waiting a very long time so I didn't figure the extra wait for would over 8 minutes. I went inside and the "manager" refused to even speak to me. As if a simple apology and real explanation for what happened was so hard!! How dare you pay "managers" to not even take accountability for their shift errors! Mr Marvin Mason is a terrible employee. I will be taking this to CATO corporate tomorrow.

I was drinking my iced tea and this popped up into my mouth through my straw. Y'all have to do better. I am thoroughly disgusted by this situation. I visited on 3/23/22 in route to Virginia Beach, so I didn't turn around to complain. Thanks for the extra topping I didn't ask for.

The food took a long time. And we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. 1 without tomatoes. But both of them came with tomatoes. And we ordered a Diet Coke, but we didn't get that. And they weren't even busy. There was no one behind us in the drive thru. But the fries are bombbb

First, my order was ready within a reasonable time & my Beef & Cheddar and curly fries were good.

The low rating is for the debacle that was going on preceding my order. There was a mix up of several orders so that at least three customers were standing there with no order/ incorrect orders while a manager was trying to solve things. Her tone was not friendly and I never heard her apologizing to any of these customers for the confusion.

Meanwhile the dining area had several tables in need of cleaning.

Fresh and hot food! Even better Tori was super friendly. We went through the drive through while on a long car ride. Tori got everything right and had service with a smile. She went above and beyond what would normally be expected getting fast food and had us all smiling as we pulled away.

The service was slow and the place was almost empty. I would hate to see how long it would take to get your food if it was busy.
