I don't care what Jon Stewart says! I love Arby's! This one is an Arby's lol if you've been to one it's exactly like that but a little pricier than the mainland. As far as chain fast food goes it's awesome!

Aloha, hubby wanted roast beef sandwich everytime we passed Arby's during our three mile mall walk in Pearlridge. The seating was clean and the staff was friendly. Normally, I don't eat after my walks, but husband wanted a roast beef sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised, it was tasty! Prices are very reasonable.

While I enjoy the food here, I'm very disappointed that this location does not accept online orders, which makes the online deals in the app (and the app) absolutely useless...
So this latest rating is based on the lack of ability to use the app.Helpful 3Thanks 2Love this 2Oh no 1Jan 16, 2024Previous reviewI usually get their Greek (beef/lamb gyros meat) Gyros, which is delicious and relatively "authentic" for a fast food place. I LOVE their gyros.
Hubby and I finally decided to break from tradition and try their SMOKEHOUSE BRISKET meal. Daughter opted for the roast beef and cheddar meal.
The brisket sandwich was pretty good! Not BBQ restaurant caliber but darn good for fast food. Brisket was tender enough, plentiful enough, juicy enough. Slices were thin enough to make it easy to eat. Bun was good. Would have liked a little more BBQ sauce, but we added Horsey Sauce (highly recommend) and it kicked it up a notch and made the sandwich very yummy. Very reasonable price for a decent brisket sandwich. Will see if they will give extra BBQ sauce next time (YES, I would get this again!)
Daughter's roast beef and cheddar was as expected, but with a better bun than before so that's a plus.
The surprise were the fries. Generally crinkle fries can be hit or miss but these were cooked well and salted well. I don't usually order fries but I would be willing to order these again from time to time.
Only complaint-no drink refills allowed and drinks are more expensive than McD.Aug 20, 2021Previous reviewYes this is a review of a fast food joint. Haven't been to Arby's in years but fam wanted to go and use the coupons in the newspaper.
It's nice to have a non-burger option for fast food. I was surprised that this place is busy even at 11am.
Seats are spaced out but we couldn't find hand sanitizer. Not sure if that was us not being familiar with the setup or if there truly was none since we didn't ask (I carry my own in my bag). Drinks are no longer self serve for safety.
Food: we had Gyros and sliders. Using coupons, the cost was reasonable. 2 gyros for $9. They were pretty decent for fast food. Pita was fresh and soft, just a tad doughy but definitely okay. We had the regular Gyros meat (very close to the typical gyros meat you find at Greek restaurants). Tsaziki sauce was pretty decent. Had the right flavor. Veggies were the typical gyros veggies of sliced lettuce, tomato, red onion and were good. Could have used just a little more meat but overall good for a fast food place. While definitely not Greek restaurant caliber, I would get it again if the fam opts to dine here, especially with a coupon deal.
Daughter had the three sliders coupon deal. She opted for one each roast beef, chicken tender, Buffalo chicken. She said they were all ok but prefers the regular sandwiches with the horsy sauce and Arby's sauce because the bread is better. She mentioned that the chicken tender itself was good.
Crinkle cut fries were good, crispy outside, tender inside, however there was no salt added so you had to ask for salt. We didn't think to do so because other fast food places pre-salt their fries. Next time we know.
Soda is dispensed by staff, assuming as a safety measure. Diet Coke was out of order. One other flavor. too.
May not come here often but definite on my list of fast food places to return to if I don't want a burger. - 1017204410979Dec 11, 2022
Hubby, daughter and I came here for lunch. I wanted the chicken bacon swiss sandwich small size with crinkle cut fries. The sandwich was delicious as it also had lettuce, tomatoes and a special sauce. It tasted like honey mustard with mayonnaise. Pretty good sandwich. The crinkle fries were hot and crispy. I drank a Coke zero to wash down my food with. I definitely liked the bacon chicken Swiss sandwich. So good. Made fresh to order.
Inside had tables and booths. Plenty of room to sit inside and enjoy your meal. I definitely would come back to try other sandwiches.
It was a quick lunch before leaving the mall. Located on the second floor near Box Lunch.Helpful 23Thanks 0Love this 26Oh no 0 - 1539244088Dec 2, 2022
Arby's has a great roast beef and cheddar sandwich. This is what I normally order. Today, I made a mistake ordering the classic that comes without the cheese. Both sandwiches are good but I prefer the Swiss and cheddar. Friendly and fast service. Don't forget the curly fries. Enjoy.

5-6-22 It's been literally years since the last time we had an Arby's sandwich.
I recently downloaded their app and have gotten a few e mails. Today hubs was heading to town to get his first root canal. He said, I can get you lunch.
I forwarded him the Arby's 2 for $6 deal. He came home with the brown paper bag containing napkins, packets of sauce and the 2 roast beef sandwiches.
The bun was fresh and soft. The meat inside is so finely sliced paper thin. It tasted so good I didn't need the sauce.
My fur bebe who doesn't care for beef actually came next to me and enjoyed the thin pieces I shared with her from my sandwich.
Located at Pearlridge hubs asked for directions. I told him go in the food court doors, head up the escalator and go left. He asked, Macys phase? Yup.
So happy they tasted as good as I remembered way back when our kids were still youngsters.Helpful 15Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - Jan 9, 2022Updated review4 check-ins
Decided to give Pearlridge Arbys another try a little better than the last time . Can't go wrong with their beef cheddar my go to when in doubt.
Clean dinning room Covid19 practice in place need to show vaccination card if dinning in wow i was impress for a fast food joint lol.
Showed my vaccination card and the cashier question my card saying why you have J&J and Maderna Hello I told her one is my booster sticker and told her im fully vaccinated. They need to educate their workers more if there going to check vaccination cards.
Keep safe and support when possibleHelpful 10Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0Aug 15, 2020Previous reviewWhere should I start first Of all didn't have any breakfast this morning only my cup of Joe. So I decided to walk around Pearlridge and I was excited to have lunch over at Arby's. I arrived at Arby's about 12:30pm
Prime time for lunch not to crowded maybe 3rd person in line.
I was thinking about my usual Beef n cheddar my go to sandwich can't go wrong. But the new item sandwich caught my eye. Beer Battered Fish sandwich I figured ok let me try something new.
I was very disappointed I took one bite and I couldn't finish it I was piss I thru the rest of the sandwich away.
1st - The Deep Fried Beer Battered fish filet was so oily
Just like it was fresh out of the deep fryer without
having the oil drip off a little.
2nd - The Tarter sauce was so over bearing it was all
Over the place on the bun .
3rd - The shredded lettuce was messy and not place
well in the bun it was sloppy.
My first bite everything was dripping and the bun started to slide and all the tarter sauce was oozing out. I was starving but still I thru The Fish Sandwich alway. I was debating to go and show the manager that's how piss I was plus starving of hunger but i didn't. I figured the manager of course would probably apologize and offer to make another sandwich for me . At that point I'm done!
Hopefully management sees this post and have there team members make their new sandwich a lot better maybe a little less tarter sauce and less sloppy . Give them a benefit of a doubt I'm sure the cooks was rushing and were busy but no excuses to run a successful eatery you need to be consistent for the customers.
If I do decide to give Arby's another shot I'm just going to order my favorite Beef -n-Cheddar - Jul 18, 2022
greek gyro #13
i normally wouldn't eat here due to the past experience i had. I got really sick -from the roast beef sandwich but decided to try something because my grandson was thirsty. I Had the greek Gyro and i must say it was delicious. Tasty and tender slices with a delicious yogurt sauce. Let's hope i don't regret this in a few hours!!!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Apr 26, 2021
It's just nice to have a snack break and take a moment from browsing the mall.
Located on the second level in Pearlridge Uptown section the mall does provide "sparse" seating where it's usually the other half waiting on the other lol! Mom is older and still nursing a fractured ankle a brief moment is needed and you know they got us with curly fries.
For the huge space they occupy only a handful of seating sadly but grateful is available. You do need to leave your info at the register to take advantage of it.
Never to disappoint freshly made hot and crispy curly fries is so yummy!! Thank you!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 181911049Nov 30, 2022
... so literally yesterday I came and put my order in. It was a bit of a line but whatever it was lunch time so I get it. I put my order in. Classic chicken meal, chicken tenders and the roast turkey sandwich. The cashier handed me my cup but I realized I wanted a lemonade. So I waited..: people who order after me with bigger meals got their food first.. now this isn't what bothered me..: when I was called my aid aka my health helper let the person know I'd like a lemonade instead... I have worked in Fast food and I know your money needs to match the sales. This boy was inputting stuff I ordered AND subtracting crap and I'm just staring at the screen like ... he does this with several items and finally he asked his "boss?" How he should ring it up. Ok now I'm annoyed. My aid also works as a server so he knew this was silly and not complicated (all they had to do was take the price of medium drink and prices of a medium lemonade, subtract and that would be the difference. Write a small note on the cash box as to why the total may be off. So she says "blah blah blah ring up something something (I couldn't understand and I don't think the gentleman did either but I did the math in my head and tried to tell him but he pretty much ignored what I was saying so than he put in a medium lemonade and my aid just paid that price cause he was annoyed too. He paid about 1-2 dollars extra but at this point we had to go... it actually bothers him a lot because we are not rich and there's no reason they should have gotten the price wrong. No apologies, no money back. I do love Arby's but this was just disrespectful. I was robbed PERIOD. The person doing it even seemed like he knew it was wrong or off so I'm deciding if I wanna avoid this location or maybe I'll be done with Arby's... oh sorry I do have comments on the food. The meat in my sandwich was kinda sour and basically no meat, didn't even cover the sandwich and 1 mini small hidden tomato... the mozzarella sticks were LITERALLY TAKEN from fryer to packaging cause I burned my hand a bit and it was so greasy you could see through the bag ..: I also asked for the big chicken tenders and didn't notice till I got home that it was the 3 piece. I do understand they had to up charge but they should have all known how to do the math for it. And the "manager" who saw the boy struggling should have came over to take over since she was clear lost and not handling the situation well. The male was nice though. I rarely give a place one star but since I was basically robbed, AND food was not worth it/gross
