Applebees

So slow I started to grow moss on my north side. Food was cold, waited 30 min for a beer.

I am so impressed - very good restaurant - .99 cent kids meals on wed. Thanks for thinking about families on budgets.. Manager and server was great!

We tried dining in here , not much different than chillis , service was fair food was ok , when you order a burger you would think it would come with lettuce pickles tomatoe , onion . Burger came with no fixings at all no mayo no mustard , was not impressed

It is really bad when the server gets things wrong but really bad when the manager does. I went there on Saturday, the waiter was terrible. It took almost 20 minutes to make a limeade. Then our food came out, there were 2 people in our party. My food came out and 10 minutes later the other person food had not come out so I asked the manager about the other persons food. He brings out the wrong order of boneless wings--this was 20 minutes after I got my food. Then another 15 minutes to bring out the correct order. I did not tip this waiter. We were not his only table that had a bad experience.

This is the 2nd time I have been, but I honestly don't feel like I will be going back. I love the Applebees in Round Rock and Austin. This Applebees is nothing like the one in Round Rock and Austin.

So I downloaded the app just to let y'all know... Idk how good it was in the past but I'd stay away. I was TRAPPED there sooo long we started a drinking game with what little beer we had left (after waiting 30 min for it) whenever the waitress, hostess, or manager would go by we'd drink. Also, some little girls birthday was LITERALLY ruined (this is not a drill I felt so bad) because service was so slow/confusing and they didn't get food. Then they bribed us with staying saying it's be 5 minutes and it was but the food was cold and not what we ordered. I just had to laugh.... It was too disappointing.

Had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp. Well, it looked good in the pictures! The onions, sauce, mushrooms and some of the shrimp were burned, and the chicken was so dry it was almost inedible. I had earlier ordered a Diet Pepsi and it was undrinkable due to the sweetener having gone bad--hey, folks, Diet pre-mix has an expiration date, come on. The waitress said 'she would taste it' and see. Not good enough--if the customer (who grew up in the industry) thinks it's bad, then it's bad. We have been regular customers, mostly take-out, but not sure I can trust them again. What a waste of an evening and of almost $30 plus tip.

New in Portland so gave it a shot. Menu looks amazing. Actual food looks like it's microwaved. Everything was so salty I couldn't taste anything but salt after a while. We had the 4 cheese Mac a chicken and 7 oz steak. Steak looked and tasted like it was boiled in a salt brine. Mashed potatoes were good. Broccoli was limp. Michealada was tasty. I might come back for the bar.

The staff was great the food was great and came out fast if you eat here ask to be waited by Nate

The food was great. Waiter was very polite, he was a little slow on keeping our glass filled.

A disappointment!!!! This is our second and last time we will come here. The service was minimal, and the food was worst. The pictures on the menu look so good but when it comes to your table it looks burnt, oily, microwaved & unappetizing.
