Applebee's Grill + Bar

We ordered over 50 wings every order was brought to our table cold! We were missing 5 orders of fries and artichoke dip. The server never checked on us after we got our food we were never offered any refills on our drinks! A house salad ordered with no tomatoes came out with tomatoes! The worst experience ever!! Only reason one star is because the bartender made some bomb drinks!!

Enjoy the food here. Service is very good. Our experience here has so far always been very satisfactory.

The worst food I have ever had. The bartender was very rude. tried to make a complaint, but the managers wasn't willing to listen.

With not many restaurants being open especially for dine-in this one was and it couldn't of been more perfect for a date night. The service was great, the food was spectacular! A very clean restaurant & there amazing deals 2 for 20$. The appetizers are 1/2 off after 9pm. We will definitely be back again!

Worst Applebees I have ever been to burgers were completely Raw waited for over an hour paid $3.50 for bacon for a burger didn't even get the bacon I asked for mayonnaise for the burgers didn't receive it! Ordered one of the new burgers it was a double stack and it literally look like the patty was broken in half and made into 2 patty's it was just horrible and unbelievable that they would send something out that looked like that! sent the burgers back to be remade waited so long that we had to bag them up and when we got home and went to eat them the one burger completely has a hole in the middle of it and the other one looked like someone literally spit on it it was so slimy that we were afraid to eat it! No discount no nothing spent $50 gave a $10 tip and basically didn't get to eat anything but a side of mashed potatoes that was a side that came with the burger! Worst experience ever with Applebees and we wondered why the parking lot was empty when we pulled in now we know why! Sad sad sad

I've been coming to this place since the day it open. The first few years it was great due to the people behind the bar. It's been about 5 years and still can't get a good draft beer. They waste more beer than they sell. For the first 4 years I ate here 4 nights per week for 45 weeks. Service and food got so bad left and didn't stop for 2 years. Started coming back recently and the beer taps are a joke. Most of the Applebees in WV are poorly run. A company out of Ky owns them. Ate at the one in Beckley for about 4 years at the end it was horrible .

The Applebee's located in Elkins had terrible service. While we were seated immediately, we waited at least 5 minutes for someone to ask us if we wanted drinks. A young man asked us, then a lady asked us. We told her someone already got our drinks, but we'd like an appetizer. She told us then we could just wait for the other server. Very rude staff. I was also charged 75 cents for cheese that came on my burger. They also did not put my lettuce, tomato, or onion on it. Over all terrible service here.

I am very pleased with my food, more pleased with the service. Cheap, fast, good... I will definitely return to this place. No negative issues here.

Ever since Applebee's has 'updated' their menu, and their interior design, etc.. it has gone downhill. We used to enjoy their food, and atmosphere. The changes seemed to be for the worse, we won't be customers there anymore!
