Applebee's Grill + Bar

We come here ALOT...the service is usually outstanding and Daizy the bar tender very attentive and fast.
Tonight a totally different story..the bartender was so "busy" it took 10 plus min to get a drink..in reality she was "busy" chit chatting it up with everyone AT the bar and ignoring the surrounding tables or other drink tickets. I at one time had to literally wave my server down to get attention. The glasses and dishes sat on our table the whole time, usually they get bussed. Plenty of servers standing in the kitchen bull sitting!
Spoke with Andrew from the kitchen about the white queso it wasn't as good as usual too much pico. He was very appreciative. It's frustrating to be a paying customer and have to right up a review because the bartender is slow and obnoxious, and unattentive but yet they want a tip when they can't do the job they're being paid for!

We were the only 2 customers, in the restaurant, in the middle of a weekday.
It was extremely hot due to the heater and was told they can't control the heat. It's controlled by corporate.
The host, Bill, was pacing the floor, by our table, the whole entire time. Never spoke.
Our waitress, Brittanie, never checked on us. I had to wave my hand for her to come over.
WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT!!!

I went to pick up food and waited for over 20 minutes and the waitress that was working walked pass me several times bagged up food and walked off so I thought it was not my order because she walked off and the man from the bar came and asked me the name on the order and took the order to her to confirm the name and it was for me and this was the only order there and I thought that because I gave the name to the man when I came in he told her what I was waiting on so that why I thought it was not my order to later find out it was and when I asked for a manager he was outside on the phone when I came in and he told me maybe she didn't see me and he can't take my word for it and I asked for her name to make a complaint and he told me he's not giving me his employees name so I took a picture of them both and she became belligerent and followed me to the door and when I asked him for corporate information to file a complaint, he threw me out and would not give me anything

Brought the kids here at their request after a long day at the festival. The customer service was good but the facility was not clean and the restroom was smelly and horrible. The food was ok nothing to brag about and not anything I would want again

I came in to order my food to go and they gave me cold full rack of ribs. I was served cold food and didn't find out until I already got home. If you come here, check your food before leaving

Just walked to make a gift card purchase to show APPRECIATION my Glam babies teacher. I know this was last month but I didn't get a chance to get her anything. I'm human.

It's the the thought for me that counts

I wanted a burger bad but need to stay on track health wise. The salmon is the best thing I've had. I like to pair it with the Caesar salad. It is cooked to perfection every single time. It's available on the 2/$35 and great for date night!

Customer service is horrible & trashy. Food is always cold. & serve Brittany is horrible

I didn't even order cause they are terrible!!! Rude so I just walked out. Will never return!
