Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was edible-I got a burger. The waiter had a nice personality, just wish he would've come around more. I don't know who their bartender was that night, but that was the WORST gin & tonic I've ever had in my life!!! Ambiance was tolerable. Not a wide variety of music.

Just f'n HORRIBLE. Sat quickly, drinks served quickly with app served in a timely manner, motivated sticks. Unfortunately, they weren't cooked well enough. I ordered three 4 cheese with chicken. Waited about 10 minutes, which I thought was normal for being 1st customer of the day. Antre was served. Luke warm and no cheese added. It took the server about 10 minutes to come check on the food.

It's ridiculous to have food served this way when the individual bringing the food should be checked the food before bringing it to the table. This place will be closed in no time if it continues on this route. It d doesn't matter if it's a training location or not.

We dined there with 2 family members in their 90's on a Wednesday evening. Aging parents with hearing issues presents a special set of challenges. Our server, Emily, could not have been more helpful, patient, and compassionate during the entire course of our meal. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our meal very enjoyable. Applebee's Corporate: if you read this review, please acknowledge this employee as having exemplary customer service skills and compensate her accordingly. Again, Thank you Emily!

Food was ok, plenty of decent choices. Really enjoyed the bar; drinks were good (even for my picky beer drinker), music was great, and the many tv's were happily loaded with the CHIVE, MMA fights, and other sports. It was a great stop. Thanks.

Had to kill a hour while waiting for parent to get out of a appointment at Docs across the way- thought this would be a good quick k spot for a snack n beer. The service was very very slow but perhaps they do not have enough help. We sat at a high top in the bar area and orders the combo appetizer- we did not even finish half. It just was not flavorful. Simple frozen food. The beer was fine. The bar was filled with what seems to be locals that got out of work and had no place else to grab a beer. I felt like I was on a a old cruise ship from the 70's. Just not enough happy energy here. Not my jam.

How are y'all going to insist that your shrimp have always been those overbreaded turds and insinuate that I'm the one not remembering correctly? The service was awful, the compensation doesn't make up for y'all basically calling me a liar. Get wrecked.

Absolutely awful. Went in with inherently low standards because it's an Applebee's and was still severely disappointed. Only got my drink refilled once, Food was super bland and chewy, and the carpet was sticky. To top it off the server was cursing loudly while talking to the table adjacent to my family, including my 6 year old who heard every word. Would give zero stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! The Bourbon Street Chicken with Loaded Mashed Potatoes was outstanding. The Ceasar side salad was fresh and crisp. Our server was the best, ever! A truly enjoyable meal!

Really don't understand how the rating is so low
I've literally had this place on and for about a week due to moving from Navarre to crestview and every time we ordered car side to go our food was fresh it was prompt and it was exactly what we were expecting none of our food was bland the people who helped us were very nice haven't had their drinks yet but in due time I'll post another review speaking on the bar

We had the appetizer combo and onion rings to do. Curbside pickup.
Everything was great! Order was accurate and delivered to my vehicle at exact pickup time. The young lady that brought it to the car was very personable and friendly. The food was very tasty. Thank you!
