Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered food for Carside Pickup and somehow their system booked the order for 24 hours LATER!! Ride Server, no effort to fix their mistake. Horrible service, horrible staff. The worst online order system for any restaurant we we ever used. Just awful.

Tonight's services from the curb side service attendant was worthy of 4 stars. She was professional, efficient, accurate and speedy even though I could tel she was flying solo (she never said a word). Kudos to Jacquelyn and the kitchen staff for a job well done. This is the first time my order has been absolutely accurate in a long time.

I did a pick up order: the wait staff were very friendly and the food was great. With my meal I ordered a lemonade and it was enough to sip on throughout my meal without running out.

Ok, this is my 4 year old grand daughter's favorite restaurant. We are hoping her tastes change soon! The highlight was the service provided. Sarah D was a great waitress and we truly appreciated her efforts! She was helpful, friendly, attentive, and was trying to make sure we enjoyed our lunch. The food is eatable, but just not good (i.e., cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, bourbon chicken & shrimp, and kids meals - all mediocre at best). The prices would be good if the food was good, but in these case I would say the prices were way too high. We wanted to order the combination appetizer, but they were out of cheese sticks. Instead of just increasing one of the other offerings on the combination platter, the manager chose not to sell it at all. While I was miffed at that nonsense, in retrospect he/she actually did us a favor!

Great food for a reasonable price, apps are the way to go at Applebees. Wait can be a little ridiculous and service is so-so. We've came and left once because they never came to our table. I also hate how condiments don't come on the burgers anymore but on the side.

Usually have decent service here but we were waiting for a to-go order at the bar and were asked to give up our seats for other customers. We had to go stand in the corner by the kitchen and as we walked out our seats were still empty...

I understand it's busy on a Friday night but we paid just as much as anyone ordering there.

Customer service is just as important if not more important as food quality. There's plenty of other restaurants in Bay City- I would just skip Applebee's and their subpar food and service.

Hate the food I'm a vegetarian no good options and what there is it is strange food the only way to describe it I don't get it food just strange

I like Applebee's it's one of my favorites.service seems OK most the time. only had trouble with one waitress once.managers walk around sometimes and check around and make sure your happy with the food.i like how cheap it is.sometimes I think Applebee's gets a bad name it seemed like ppl don't like it as much as they use to but I think they are still doing a good job and I will pick Applebee's over luckys or red lobster nine out of ten times.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and food of Applebees. What I dislike is having a coupon for Applebees that is not accepted because the on site owner chooses not to accept it. Also, I understand that the waitstaff needs some time to gather experience. Alas we were assigned to a booth with a brand new waitress, who had to check with others before she could answer our questions. I think the coupon portion of our experience set the tone for the overall situation.

I'm not normally a huge Applebee's fan but I like this location. We come here on a regular basis for the half price appetizers and they are always good. Especially like the beer pub pretzels, spinach and artichoke dip with chips, cheese sticks and boneless buffalo wings. Discounted adult refreshments are a plus too.

Wait staff is always friendly and prompt. Never a complaint with service.

But be prepared for the BUSIEST restaurant you have seen especially late night. Even with that said, we've never waited more than about 15 minutes.
