Apex Physical Therapy

Review has been long overdue...

I came to Bill and Jenna for the first time 5 years ago post cervical spine surgery. I was in bed rest for months and due to all the scar tissue I had very little range of motion and was in excruciating pain. It took some time but they helped get rid of my pain and regain my range of motion.

Recently I was dealing with a lot of muscular pain due to bad sleeping position, carrying my son on my hip etc etc.. and came to Bill and Jenna. Bill diagnosed my issue and since I've been treating mainly with Jenna who has worked on my back. I feel so much better, thank God for them!

This practice is small but they truly care about their patients, they dedicate a significant amount of time per patient and they have the best work atmosphere. Everyone who knows me, knows I am extremely picky when it comes to any type of medical treatment, provider, facility etc and if I recommend them is because I truly believe they are the best.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! So glad I found a Great Physical Therapist Mr Bill & Mrs Jenna who have kind and considerate staff. A great place to be, no waiting, great detail explanation of all your concerns about YOUR case, GREAT communication with the Doctor and feedback with great consideration. I have being coming here for the past 13 years, always get back to normalize my physical body fully functional with great recommendations to continue in your own after therapies end.

This is your place if you want a good recovery. Bill is extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. I was in a bad place before working with apex and now I'm finally on track. He even came in on his day off to get me on a quicker path to recovery. Top notch.

Wonderful Physical Therapy!
I was referred here after a i tense foot surgery. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, caring and attentive they are here. There are 2 PT's Bill and Jenna. Both are simply amazing. You never feel rushed, they take the time to help you recover and the results are amazing.

Also, the Office Manager Anna, is the best! She is such a sweet person who not only does a great job but has a ton of experience working in a doctors office so she is really great with scheduling and doing her best to make sure you get in to your appointments. What a gem!

Apex is by far the best physical therapy place in the entire Temecula/ Murrieta valley. Both physical therapists are personable, caring, taking their time with each patient, and very friendly. The staff is fantastic. They make you feel like you're a part of their family. I've been to other places and there is a huge difference of quality at Apex!! I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. I give them a 20 out of 10!! Absolutely recommend them to anyone needed physical therapy.

Bill & Jens are amazing PTs. Bill is old school hands on PT and a true expert in rehabilitation. He is kind, however pushes for optimal results.

I have been using Apex Physical Therapy for several years. They are very professional and tell you what you need to do to get better. They give you exercises that assist with getting you back to tip top performance. The staff is awesome. They are very good at what they do and are there to answer any questions that you may have about your condition and how to get the most out of your experience. If you need a physical therapist, Apex is the place to go for the best results!

I wish I could give 10 out of five stars, because I would. Bill, the owner, is not only a qualified and wonderful therapist, but an empathetic, amazing and patient-oriented individual. I had to get a wheelchair cushion evaluation because my insurance companies were making me jump through hoops (very hard to do - especially in a wheelchair!). I have never had a medical transaction go more smoothly and wonderfully. I give Bill and his team all of the kudos in the world. They are very concerned about your health and wellness and they care about you as an individual - not as paperwork or a chart or a condition. They listen, love and treat. I wish everyone in the medical field could be even a fraction as wonderful as they have proven to be. I give them my highest and most sincere recommendation!

Bill, is amazing and I wouldn't go any where else he takes the time to get to know you and your injury. Never feel like a number or the next whatever here, I feel truly cared for which is rare in today's world!
