Mark B.Sumter, SC781Jul 5, 2021When did I get a membership to planet fitness?!! I'm being too loud for the neighboring business??? The same business that willingly leased property next to a "gym"?!!! Are you serious, Crystofer Peyton (owner)?!!! Your approach to handling a situation is pathetic. To willingly call out a customer and make a scene over the sound that heavy weights make when they are set down, is just sad. Even the other patrons believed you were wrong, in making a spectacle over something so insignificant. Your business can benefit from more days of you being on the golf course and not in the establishment.

The facility was attractive, clean, and easy to find. The machinery was modern and well-maintained. I had no problems during my workout there. If I had to list a negative, it was the gym's smallish size (it had no stretching room). Otherwise, top notch!
