I had the worst experience ever in my life with the delivery of my order. Customer service is useless, helpless, providing no updates neither feedback, nothing at all.
First the delivery was stuck on "being processed", almost a month, then "no product in stock", waiting, after all it was cancelled at all with no notice to a customer since it came out to be out of stock.

0 star for this location. Staff are snotty and very privileged... was not asked if I need help nor staff said hi to me and my child. Even the cashier, while I was paying did not say a word and had to just to put on a fake smile and looked annoyed, usually they would wrap the pieces of clothing you purchased in a nice tissue paper and gentle place in the bag. But nope, she didn't even fold and roughy threw it in the bag. This is Cashier number 302241 based on the receipt Too bad Anthropologie is my favorite store but for sure will not be going to the Roseville location. Thank god I don't live in this area. I'll stick with the bay Palo Alto and sf. The manager or the area director should do something about their customer service . Staff can be portrayed as races .

This location of Anthropologie is at The Fountains in Roseville. It's a big beautiful store. Parking is tough on the weekends - come during the week to avoid the crowd. Really pretty shopping center. The Store is about in the middle of the main street. It's all decorated for the holidays.
My review is based on my recent visit. I was inside the store about 30 minutes looking at everything and smelling, touching everything. Their store is a feast for the senses. Colorful and well styled. During my entire 30 minutes I was not asked if I needed assistance or greeted by any of the several employees. Towards the end of my stay I said hi to an employee and told her the area she was merchandising looked so pretty. And she acted annoyed with me.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the store has a nice large layout. It feels very boutique like but confusing with homegoods and clothing. I found the selection of items did not fit my style or size and were very expensive. I did however like their perfume selection.

Although the clothes are beautiful and worth the money. If I could give 0 stars I would... The customer service at this particular location is awful. I don't know if it's because the manager(s) allow the employees to treat the customers the way they do but I was truly humiliated from the first visit to the last. From now on I will only stick to shopping online and I will definitely make a complaint to their main company not there Since there's no point in speaking to the managers Maybe it's the overall attitude is due to the overall area they service and they resent that I am not sure. Let's start with the first day you could tell the lady that was supposed to be helping me was annoyed that I was there with my two children. She asked me what size I was and I told her a medium or large and so she went on to give me the dresses which I asked her for she told me I was not a small ( mind you after trying the dress on the small was too big). Then they refused to sell me a dress I kept going back for every two days because they kept extending their hold for a customer whom I'm guessing they were giving special treatment to bc she was a recurrent customer. I want to point out that they do have a policy for holds and you are only allowed to extend once. The dress was already on hold for two days the day I had asked for it and I must have called inquiring for this dress for a week straight and they kept extending the hold for this particular customer, which as I was told it was against company policy. It was all very bizarre and a bad experience not sure if it was because I am Hispanic or what the case was but I felt very uncomfortable.

Love the unique finds here at Anthro! I've been shopping at this Anthro since it opened and it almost never disappoints. Their merchandise turns over very quickly so it's rare that you'll see somewhere wearing the same top or other clothing items. From dresses to tops to pants and jeans to loungewear, you're bound to find something you love. If you ever want help throwing a fun outfit together, ask for Roz - she's amazing! This store also has a few home items including pillows, blankets, dish ware and candles. I'd love to see the store expand to carrying furniture and rugs!

They have been carry a lot of polyester which is difficult to recycle at best and not worth the price they slap on polyester clothing since it's a man made petroleum based product.
The newest dresses this year serve 0 function outside a cocktail party.

I really love Anthro. It always looks amazing and is so fun to look through. But most of the staff at this location are super rude. I have been going here for years, and the staff were always friendly. But the last year or so, not at all. Whenever you ask a question or for help, it seems like I'm inconveniencing them or bothering them because they act annoyed. Most have a bad attitude and never help, you have to hunt them down for it.. They're honestly just rude and not pleasant at all, and it sucks because this store is so fun to shop in, so it can easily ruin it for me. (And annoying when you're paying a lot and can't get decent customer service or a smile even). I don't know about you, but I won't shop somewhere if it has snotty/ too good for you vibes, no matter how cute it is.
Also, if you ask for an extra box, they act like they're giving up their left arm... Even though you always leave spending a ridiculous amount of money there because it's expensive (but great quality), so I don't get why asking for an extra box is such a problem, especially when usually I'm asking for an extra because it's a gift for someone? It happens almost every time....
I never leave lengthy reviews like this, but again, they were super rude to my sweet mother the other day just because she asked for an extra box (all her purchases were Christmas gifts) after spending a lot. The body language and attitude towards my mom was completely unnecessary. I'm tired of getting dirty looks or sarcasm when asking for A CARDBOARD BOX.
One more thing to add, please update your hours online. I don't know how many times I've drove over because it says open, and it's closed because they changed their hours again but not online. The nicest employees and shopping experience! Although one doesn't need to buy just looking at the decor and smelling the volcano candle scent is enough to shop !
