Ericka is so kind and wonderful! She really gets to know her customers and is fun to talk to. The prices at Ahn's are also great and I personally like the smaller setting because it's less overwhelming. 10/10 recommend!

Like the other reviewer, I typically go to Aveda Institute (great products used during the quality hair cuts). But during covid, I feel like the # of people in there makes it less safe. Plus I don't want to wear a mask for the 1.5 to 2.5 hours that it takes to get shampoo, haircut, and easy style.

So I looked up a local place that seems like it'd be affordable. Anh's was great! It seems like her daughter Erica is someone that people love (and requires more advance appt scheduling), but I just needed a simple haircut and Anh was available for a same day appt.

Anh and her daughter (not Erica, but a really sweet 30-something woman) were there to welcome me. They were so chatty and put me right at ease. They had masks on the whole time and I kept my mask on for the majority of the time unless they needed to maneuver without it on.

Anh gave me the haircut I showed her, and adjusted it to the length that I requested. $20 and 45 mins later, it was all done! I gave her a generous tip because this is really affordable.

I discovered Anh's Hairstylists through a recommendation of a friend. I used to get my hair cut at Ficocello's (bad review) or Aveda Institute. Well, my colleague raved about Ericka (the daughter), and said that she knew how to to cut Asian hair.

So, if you're Asian - or want a great hair cut and color at a price that will blow you away - read on.

This salon is hidden away on University - I've literally driven by it dozens of times and never really saw it! It's right across from Mai Village (good restaurant) and the Green line.

I found Ericka to be friendly, easy to talk to, and more importantly, very skilled. The salon was very clean and light. I loved my foils and haircut - for only $60!

Definitely two thumbs up. She's my new girl. Definitely worth finding this hidden gem.

I have been going to Anh's for the past 10 years. I absolutely am amazed at what a whiz Ericka is with color and how willing she is to offer suggestions on how to improve my hair and get it to the place that I want it to be.
When I had kids, I started bringing them here. Ericka is the only person that has ever cut their hair. They love going to her!

Always love my haircuts after walking out! The two times I've been there, I've always walked out 100% happy with my haircut!

Recommended by one of my coworkers. Ericka is really down to earth and cut exactly what I'm looking for. Besides, it only cost $15 for men's haircut. So make sure you plan/call in at least 1 week ahead to book a reservation. I'll definitely come back.

I had my eyeliner done here, and she did a wonderful job. It is not just a single visit, because she will make adjustments within a couple of months. We started with a more natural look, but I think I will go back for a more dramatic one this year. I love waking up in the morning and "having eyes."

I wish I had done this while I was young, and saved myself all that unnecessary pulling on the delicate eye area skin.

My family has been going to this salon ever since I was little and we always request for Ericka. I've been going to other places for hair services but I always find myself coming back to this salon. The way Ericka cuts my hair is always up to my standards and no other hair dresser could cut my hair the way I like it. I would show a picture of the haircut I like to Ericka and she's able to cut my hair perfectly and similarly like the photo.

went to Anh's hairstylist.. damn I regret not scheduling to the girl who used to cut my hair .. the old lady fcks my hair so bad... now im forced to wear a cap everytime ... damn
