Angel Facial Massage

I was having lunch in the same strip mall as Angels and my boyfriend asked if I would like to have a facial. Of course I said yes but I would actually like to have my arms waxed. We went in, there didn't appear to be any other customers. They said they had time to wax my arms and do a facial. My boyfriend handed Lily his credit card. Suspiously their credit card machine wasn't working, so he paid $100.00 cash and gave her $20 for a tip. He left and I waited for the wax to heat up. I was taken into a room and laid down on the table. I am 57 years old and have been having massages, facials and waxing for 35years+. So this isn't the first time I have had any of this done. She kept saying how light my hair was and hard to see. In the past they have always put the wax on and just waxed my arms. This process took 45 minutes. Probably should have taken 20 minutes. Then she notices that I have hair on my face and says she will wax it for free. In the meantime she is trying to start the steam for my facial. It never worked and I never felt it on my face. When she finally started the facial it was basically a wash, put cucumber slices on my face. She didn't want to do mask or peel because she had waxed my face.(Mind you I never asked for that and she should have known since I was having a facial that it would interfere with me getting a proper facial. Then some cream was put on and that was it. When I got home I noticed my arms still had a lot of hair on them so the next day I stopped by and spoke to a different girl. I explained what had happened and said I wanted to come back in and have them waxed properly. I made an appointment for the next day at 11:00. The girl wrote down my name and time in a school notebook and seemed a little confused. When I showed up at 11:00 the doors were locked and no one was there. Several hours later I called to see if there was some kind of miscommunication. I spoke to Lily and was told that they didn't have any clients so they didn't open up until later. I told her that I was unhappy with my service. Believe it or not she said well your boyfriend only gave me a $20 tip. She said I spent 45minutes on your arms and I did your face for free. I tried to explain that my arms were still full of hair and I never asked for my face to be waxed. She refused to rectify this situation. I know this was long winded but I wanted everyone to know exactly how this went down. She kept trying to get me to come in for a massage. To be honest now that I think about it I think this is a massage with a happy ending kind of place. I have never been to a massage or facial establishment where the girls wear very short dresses and 6 inch stilettos. BEWARE!

Where I can relax and receive a true 60 minute massage. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to this location. It smelled good and was spotless. Even though I live in the neighborhood i had never noticed their sign. So with all indications of newness I was shocked that they have been there over a year! I then learned it was under new ownership and management.
I was put into a big private room and received an awesome massage that ran a little over an hour, and her hands never lost strength! I plan to make this a monthly if not biweekly event. After my massage while hydrating with water they provided the masseuse told me that they also do waxing for my shoulders and back so I set an appt. for the following day. Best massage that I have had in years! I recommend to anyone who is experiencing stress, aches, soreness, or just needs to get pampered and relax...
Don't put off to tomorrow what you know you need today!

Bad experience today. I got ripped off today! Went there at 11am today 4/30/16. I didn't get her name, but she said she will make me happy for a very nice tip, but she failed. Also she was talking on the phone while giving me a massage with one hand!

I'm sitting at this restaurant facing the spa... And I can't help but remember the one time I came here for a massage. Worst experience ever!! The lady who helped me was so unprofessional! 1) She talked throughout the session 2) The button on her jeans kept hitting me on the head 3) She left in the middle of my massage to greet customers AND to make things worse... She came back and told me that she was going to help that other customer who just came in because he gave her $100 up front. I still had 20 minutes left...she told me to come back. Nothing was worth coming back to. The massage sucked just as much as the service. This story has no happy ending.

Just had a massage there. The price is a little above average but Ling knew exactly what she was doing. Her style was a mixture of Swedish and Thai and I feel very relaxed and stretched out now. Thank you Ling see you soon!

Terrible place to try to relax. Service is unbelievably horrible as is the prices! I'd recommend for anyone to not waste your time.

Very expensive place to go. I got a 30 minute massage because I had a knot in my shoulder. $50 for 30 minutes plus they charge you a $3 fee to use your debit card. On top of that the tip. So 30 minutes will cost you over $60. The lady I had was very good she knew what she was doing . I've gone to many places and I can get $45 1 for an hour.

Let's just say, this place was a complete fail. My boyfriend wanted to get a massage and we are from Oregon so we stopped by this place unknowingly. When we walked in, we were (kind of) greeted by two ladies, one younger than the other. Both were wearing short dresses considered as "clubbing" attire. My boyfriend got the 45 min massage and they told him to go into the room. I then sat down on their waiting sofa, considering that's what it was there for. As I was sitting and waiting, I saw workers walking around in short shorts and low cut shirts or dresses, which again would be considered as "clubbing" attire. I then began to feel a bit uncomfortable. Later on the younger lady offered me water and candy, but I politely said its okay. She then said something to the older lady about me in Vietnamese, nothing bad, but she then realized I might be Vietnamese. She asked if I was and I said yes. Right after that, the older lady whispered something to the younger lady and the younger lady walked over to me. She asked if I could leave to go get coffee near by or go to Walmart close by, or just not be there at all waiting. I asked why I couldn't stay in the waiting area and the younger lady confusingly said because the big boss told her that they can't have any clients in that area? Strange. I felt disrespected and felt as if they were doing some sort of shady business. My boyfriend called me in less than 30 mins after his massage and said he was done. He said the experience was terrible and the lady couldn't speak English so he couldn't even communicate with her on where he was hurting the most. He said when he looked at the time, he was upset because first off, it was cut super short, the massage cost $60 not including tip, and the massage itself was not satisfying. Definitely NOT worth it, read the Yelp reviews carefully before you go, don't make the same mistake we did.
