Always so fast and great for quick dinners, dine in or carry out. The garlic knots are to die for and the calzones and pizzas are amazing! They have the best marinara sauce too! Would definitely recommend, for both family dinners and parties!

The pizza crusts at Amore are the best in town. We have been coming to Amore since they opened 21 years ago. Their pasta was a favorite of our high school swimmer. And we loved the pizza with the wonderful crusts and fresh, flavorful toppings.

This local, family-owned and operated restaurant is located in the corner of Boone Village Shopping Center. You order at the counter, selecting from ready made enticing options or having a fresh made pizza made. There are several rooms of booths and tables to sit. The dining room is clean with no frills. (Of course, you can also order by phone and pick-up to go.)

I took my granddaughter for lunch yesterday. We each ordered New York Style pizza by the slice. The clerks are always friendly. They take a few minutes to warm the pizza slices and we carry to a table. She had the pizza kid's meal that comes with a slice, chocolate chip cookie and lemonade. It's a great deal and she devours her slice with a smile. I had a slice of the Greek pizza, which was delicious filled with olives, spinach and feta cheese. The crust is chewy with a lot of flavor and perfectly cooked.

They offer pasta and calzone options on the menu. Prices are consistent with other area pizza restaurants.

Finally made it inside Amore today. Been in Zville for over a year and see this restaurant every time I go to the Kroger in the same shopping plaza. I'm so glad I did. Took my sons, 8 and 12 and they both gave it two thumbs up. My youngest got the kids meal: kids size sausage slice, drink and cookie. He's an eater so we ended up getting a second slice of cheese. NY style so it's thin. Crust was soft and overall a great value for the price. My older son ordered garlic knots and the jumbo wings. He didn't finish his knots which I happily helped him with. They were heavenly, buttery and the perfect amount of garlic.

I like to look at the menu ahead of time but on their website it said it was being changed. So I took a pic for future patrons.

It felt like a cozy, neighborhood pizza joint. Quiet and all employees were friendly. I forgot to order myself a drink and when I went to pay again they said it was on them. How nice! I got the chicken Caesar salad. The strips of grilled chicken were seasoned nicely. Flavorful.
      We'll definitely be back.

We went there for lunch on Tax Day 2024, and our tab (excluding tip) was $28 for the lunch special (slice/salad/drink) and a calzone. I know there's been inflation, but we felt this was excessive. (Hint: always ask the price before buying!) We've eaten at Amore a number of times through the years whenever we've been in the neighborhood; however, but we're not going to hurry back anytime soon, sorry to say.

A former favorite, we will never again support Amore after last night's delivery.

We ordered our standard, 18-inch pepperoni pizza. Each a slice in at the time, my husband took a bite into his second slice and immediately groaned -- he bit into a penny-sized piece of what appeared to be jagged plastic or maybe even ceramic!?

We immediately called the restaurant, and were put in touch with presumably the manager on duty. I explained what happened, and his solution? A gift card. Had I not been so upset, I'd have laughed out loud. A gift card!? I explained that our experience was so terrible that we'd never be making another order, much less need a GIFT CARD. I immediately requested a refund, but was again told he could offer a gift card.

I followed up immediately with DoorDash, placed a formal complaint, and a half hour later received notification that my order had been refunded, as requested.

This could have been a horrible accident, and I feel no real ownership was taken. The gentleman on the phone went through the motion of an apology, but seemed more bothered by my letting him know than wanting to ensure my husband wasn't injured.

We will not be supporting this restaurant in the future.

We had a large order for an office get together. Our UberEats driver dropped the ball and didn't bring our order! Even though we offered to come get it, the owner brought it to us himself! It was obviously a busy lunch hour and the staff still went above and beyond. This was everyone in our office's first Amore experience and we will ALL be back and order here again. Above and beyond service and excellent, tasty pizza! Thank you, Amore!

After a cluttered week of my ***hole boss riding my a** and my wife whining about my alcohol problems to our marriage counselor, I thought a pizza would be a nice escape from my downward spiral of a life. On Friday, I threw the wife and the daughter into the car and headed our way over to Amore Pizzeria.

Unfortunately, the escape I was desperately in need of was almost immediately cut short once we walked into Amore. To my surprise, my ***hole boss was sitting right in the center of the restaurant! Matt (the ***hole boss) waved me over as the host led my family over to a table. I stood there for a second, then began to drag myself over to where he was sitting. As I approached, I was almost immediately awestruck by the natural, golden beauty of the woman he was with. Matt introduced me to her.

"Funny seeing you here, Carter!" Matt said with his thin smile.

      "Likewise." I replied.

"This is my new friend Sabrina! Sabrina, this is Carter Wallace, he works at the marketing firm I manage."

She daintily shakes my hand, looks at me, and smiles.

"How do you do, Sabrina?" I charmingly said.

Before Sabrina could answer, Matt jokingly grabs our hands and separates them.

"Hey! Stop getting handsy with my date!" He proclaims. I make an obviously fake laugh. A beat passes of no one saying anything. How did Matt manage to catch such a good lookin' lady like Sabrina? I'm leagues way better looking than him yet I have a 7 of a wife (on a good day) while Matt has a smokin' 9 of a girl. I couldn't let him get away with this. I needed to ruin this for him.

"I didn't take you for a pizza guy! I'd expect something a little more high-end from you, especially considering the fact that it appears like you're on a date." I pursed with minimal disdain, hoping this comment would get under his skin.

"Well, she told me she was Italian so I figured a place like this would appease her tastes nicely." Matt replied, seemingly unphased by the mild rudeness I was displaying. "How is it, Sabrina?"

Sabrina sets her slice of pepperoni down, smiles, and gives him a thumbs up.

"I must try a slice for myself then! I'm gonna go sit down with my family, but I hope you and Sabrina continue to have a classy evening. See you on monday!" I proclaim as I retreat back to the ball-and-chain.

Matt nods and Sabrina smiles at me and they go about their meal.

The pizza was decent, but my terrible mood did not dissipate.

It was pretty good. I absolutely love the garlic knots. I think I need to try a new pizza but definitely worth it. It was a little pricey, but those garlic knots were amazing.

Pizza by the slice. They have at least four vegetarian pizzas available along with other pizzas with meat toppings on their front counter. So I tried the Greek with kalamata olives, spinach, and feta. I also had the Margarita. Margarita is a reliable pizza variety anywhere I go. And it's good here. They don't over saturate their pizzas with cheese, which is great. I was a bit disappointed that their garlic knots were dry outside and doughy inside, not fluffy and light like other places I've had. They also sell calzones, pastas, and whole pizzas.

There is a lot of seating inside. The employees were eager to help and friendly too. I can see why people say this is the place to get NY style pizza. It's thin crust and by the slice, and that's good enough for me!

I love everything about ordering delivery or carry out from this place, the pizza is fantastic and the antipasto salad are my favorite things! Although everything I've had here is wonderful like the meatballs and other pepperoni stuffed breadsticks. We also get every single time I've never seen those anywhere else! I ordered this for about every birthday party or get together because it's so easy and they're so spot on and they even cut my pizza in the squares which we're all obsessed with upon request! I do usually love the big New York slices if it's just for my family but square cut is so awesome.

They even threw an extra cheese sauce with my breadsticks

Great place for lunch in Zionsville!

We tried the baked ziti and chicken Parmesan sandwich - they were both delicious and good sized. I especially loved their marinara sauce. The ziti also came with garlic knots that we devoured. We didn't try their pizza slices but they also looked good!
