Wings were fried to perfection but very salty. I almost didn't enjoy it. I also had onion rings which was more batter than anything. Average place don't go here expecting to be amused. U get what you pay for.

The customer service here is laughable. When a customer came in thinking her order was wrong, a worker explained everything, but the way she explained was kind of rude. Once the customer left she proceeded to tell me "one minute" to talk crap about the customer to another employee in front of me. After being told "one minute" three times I walked out. Im all for being patient and waiting, but not when I have to wait for a worker to finish talking badly about another customer.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced...for one thay NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE...you can never call for pick up...and when you get there and let them know you been calling thay dont even care....you have to wait 20min just for the little chubby light skin girl who works at the counter to stop talking to her friends before you can even place a order....the worst...I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and im gonna let all my peoples and friends know not to go there...if you want good service go to the one in ORANGE NJ...and thay ANSWER the phone

If your looking for fast service and good chicken at a fair price this spot is for you. This is my go to chicken spot when I'm just looking for a quick bite, I recommend the lemon pepper sauce on the tenders!!!

This is one of my favorite spots to go to for wings. Wings always fresh,flavors always popping, cool female with dreads works the front but it's in a ghetto ass area. Prices are right and wings are crispy. $10 gets you ten wings (two different flavors if you'd like) a lot of fries and a drink. Their sweet tea tastes of honey I really like it but I usually mix and make an uptown though their lemonade can be a bit sweet, taste it first. They have a decent array of flavors to choose from.
Update: The cooks always skimp on the sauces, over fry the wings too hard and over season the dry seasoned wings. Smh. The front girls are crazy cool though.

This place is trash! I love to support businesses in my community but this establishment is the EXACT reason why I am more apprehensive to patron locally than I have in the past. There is no care or attentiveness to the business itself so how could they be professional to their customers. Being a entrepreneur is not just about building your bank account it's about creating your business legacy! Be sure your last customer has a tip-top experience just as the very first one did...I'll take quality over quantity any day.

the wings are absolutely delicious (east orange location-brick church plaza); however, the service is absolutely awful. more than once, i have been put on hold for minutes. and yes, you hear the personal conversations, so when i called back (5x), no one answers. this is just one example. it's sad you know, because our black and brown ppl deserve quality service. i should not have to go to the burbs just to get quality service. why do our ppl accept less???

So I'll give them the higher rating just because I think it's unfair when yelpers give restaurants low ratings SOLELY based on the customer service (usually based on ONE bad encounter) and not the food itself.

The cashier, I believe her name is Donaha, was extremely rude, unhelpful, impatient, and lacked ANY form of proper customer service. When my boyfriend and I asked for recommendations, she would roll her eyes and say she didn't have any (as she was walking away to lean on the counter). I couldn't comprehend why she was so utterly annoyed -- possibly because we were taking away from her instagram or snapchat time she was doing in the corner. Her aura was extremely uninviting and made us feel like we were wasting HER time. I would almost say it's the worst cashier experience I have encountered in my life and I've been everywhere in the United states.

My grilled shrimp salad came with wilted lettuce and barely overdue cheese. From the cheese to the cucumbers, everthing had an unappetizing aftertaste. Ingredients were definitely not fresh.

My boyfriend had the wings and burger. First, they gave him the wrong burger and when he tried telling Donaha, of course she pitched an attitude and grabbed the burger out of his hands (like it was his mistake), rolled her eyes and brought the burger in the back. She is sufficiently condescending and the owners/managers need to keep their eyes on this girl because she will run your hard earned business down to a rut. You have been warned.

The 4 stars on yelp brought us in---customer service in addition to subpar food---brought us right back out.

Will not be returning to this establishment.

I had wings from here yesterday the absolute worst wings ever, they were dry over cooked like they were fried over 5 times the sauce was disgusting I will not be going back

Let me join the "amazing wings, horrible customer service" train. One, the card machine is always down. They only tell you after you ordered your food. One time she told me when I got there.

Second, if you call ahead for your order, don't let them put you on hold. Because there's a good chance they'll forget they did.
