I was helped by Nima, who was so friendly on the phone, then took the time to make sure I knew exactly how to use the nebulizer I was picking up. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and warm. The equipment I was purchasing was not unique - I could buy it anywhere. The service I received was so exceptional that I will never shop for medical equipment elsewhere. Thank you!

Nima goes above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT service, and will give you honest opinions about everything you might need. He helped my aunt with a walker she didn't even buy from him, and refused payment when she tried to pay. Nima is honest, helpful and super caring to all his clients! We've been coming to this store for about 5 years, and it's the BEST!!

I highly recommend this store in the TO area. Located in the Sun Plaza Shopping Mall (a strip mall) on TO Blvd, the store is clean and very well organized. Most forms of payments are accepted. Customer service and knowledge is incredible like over reviewers have said. Prices are competitive or better. No "Up Sells" or "Bait and Switch" I have looked at Amazon for similar supplies, and found that a) the items sold here are higher quality, and b) you can actually have a hands on look at the item and not wait for delivery. Todd worked with me on finding the right items I needed. No, they obviously don't have everything on earth, but this is the right place to start, they have a great selection, they have some items other stores may not, and they are willing suggest a next step or order it for you, if they don't have what you're looking for.

This place is the VERY BEST for elder care and medical supplies! The owner, Nima takes time and loving care with every customer. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, considerate and very professional! He knows his business! My father needed to start using a walker but was very hesitant. Nima helped me to convince him of the need and importance of this purchase. He treated us like family with genuine concern and care. He spent one hour with my father
showing him how to use the walker and helped him practice using it , advising him of safety and concerns. He left more confident and much happier and much safer! I recommend this business for service , expertise and genuine human kindness.
