Got home on Saturday evening to find the kitchen sink overflowing. As you know, it is hard to find a plumber on a Saturday evening who would be willing to come out on a short notice, in the pouring rain and have the best attitude ever.

Jessie and his team worked diligently for over an hour and a half to clear out a major clog and restore the sink function. They even took the time to tighten loose hoses that were going to become a problem in the future, if left unattended.

Super communicative, professional, on time and absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you, Jessie and Team, for an amazingly painless experience!

I hired American Plumbing Heating to install a water treatment system that my company sells for both residential and commercial installations. In this case it for residential.

From Marta to coordinating the technicians, to Jesse doing a walk through prior to the installation date, they arrived on time and ready to go. Jesse, David and an apprentice completed the whole installation in about 4 hours.

My technicians in another city have installed hundreds of our systems and take about the same time. I was surprised their knowledge of plumbing, fittings & design was very professional. Especially because it was the first time installing one of our systems and whole house filtration exactly according to our rigid specifications.

I have used American Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to service my HVAC before and always liked them- instead of the expense to move my thermostat, they simply gave me one controlled by my cell phone.
BUT THIS WAS A PLUMBING EMERGENCY.
My dog broke the pipe in the yard that connects to the garden hose! i turned off the water, but needed it fixed. They gave me a same-day appointment, arrived on time, assessed the siutation and finished much sooner than expected. Even my dog liked them. Great work

My wife had started the process of getting bids for a new AC system on the house. The bids she was getting were pure insanity. We had American Plumbing out to do our tankless water heater, and I knew they did AC. I also had Nick from American out earlier to our house to replace a capacitor on our old failing system, and he was quick and honest about the job. I wanted to hear his take on our job. He ended up recommending equipment that is much stronger, more efficient (DC vs AC), and it is seamlessly integrated with the rest of our smart home. All for about $8k less than the other bids we were getting. I even got a roll-around AC unit for my garage/shop as part of the deal.

Side bonus. My hummingbirds no longer fly away the second the AC fires up.

American Plumbing charges almost $600 to replace garbage disposal. Garbage Disposal leaked water everywhere under kitchen! Their response time quick! Wanted the use of kitchen sink as quickly as possible! After the fact called two other Plumbing Companies one was $300 another $345! Don't call American Plumbing unless you don't mind paying a arm and a leg!

Keep it in the family. My sister has used their services; she highly recommended them. They did not disappoint.

As a business etiquette consultant, I teach customer service, so I'm always aware of phone manners, courtesy, and communication.

When I called, Myra, answered the phone. Her tone of voice was so welcoming and cheerful. She listened and understood the urgency my 93 year-old father had to address the leaky sink. I didn't feel like just "another call". Thank you Myra!

And then, David and Ozzy showed up. It is so nice to see people who enjoy their profession and have a happy disposition. They both seem to complement each other, exchanging thoughts and solutions, with enthusiasm. It was a pleasure to watch them solve the problem. They were quick, neat, funny, and kind and patient with my father's chit-chat.

Way overdue in writing this review as it has been quite the year. However we are always very happy with the excellent service that we receive from American Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning that I just need to recognize a company that goes a above and beyond.

This particular review is on Nick and Juan who installed our air conditioner during one of the hottest weeks of the year. They were so professional and extremely knowledgeable about the unit that was being installed. From original visit to installation was seamless and complete in under a week. They arrived wearing their masks and my home and yard was spotless when they left.

I also want to thank the office personnel as scheduling and payment was quick and easy.

We definitely recommend American Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and will continue to do business with them!

I decided to purchase an AC Unit for my 2,135 sq ft home. I obtained three quotes. American Plumbing had the lowest rate and the best online reviews. Being a single mom, I was worried about making this decision on my own, let alone ensuring the installation went well. From the moment Andrew, Ozzie and Ruben arrived at my home my worries faded. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. This team works so well together. They installed a brand-new AC unit and Furnace in one day.
They were cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. Andrew went over and beyond by installing a new smart home thermostat for me and taking the time to teach me how to use it. I could not have been more pleased with this company. I would absolutely recommend this company! Thanks again American Plumbing for such an easy transaction.

This has probably been the worst estimate experience that I've ever had, and without a doubt the least professional experience to date.

I'd give Shane "Their manager" zero stars if I could, but even that might be a little too generous. The estimate that I received was solely based on a competitor's work description, and to date has not even bothered to come on site to perform a proper estimate. To make matters worse, Shane started acting like a child when he couldn't match or beat the original competitor's quote. Demanding to see a non redacted quote (the only thing that I didn't provide was the company name).

I might be a bit idealistic, but shouldn't your estimate actually be based on the work + materials needed to get the project done? Why would you need to see the company name on the estimate, when you have an itemized list and total cost?

My advice would be to skip the headache and look elsewhere.

Facts:
- Enough description of the work needed was provided for a HVAC professional to estimate the work (I have received over 5 quotes with the same information provided)
- Model # of the AC unit was provided
- Multiple requests were made for an on-site visit to perform a proper quote and finalize the scope of work and price
- No price match could be performed since the difference between unit retail costs is greater than a few hundred dollars, but no price match was requested either.
- Zero attempts were made to come on-site to perform a proper estimate based on the worker needed to complete the project

You have every right to deny service to anyone for any reason, and I'm not upset about AHPAC not earning my business. However, remember that the heat wave is already fading, and how you treat potential customers have both positive and negative consequences.

Winter is coming!!! Now others can see for themselves, and make informed decisions on if they want to give you future business.
