Worked with Travis on a persistent roof leak above my home office, which seemed likely to require a small bit of resealing but potentially a roof replacement. Due to a busy season it took AHC quite a while to fit us in, but once they did, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and for free as an apology for the delay.

Naturally, having the reseal done meant we had a multi-month drought after, but at this point we've finally had enough rain I can say the reseal worked as desired. Very happy and will return to AHC for future roofing needs.

I contacted multiple contractors in the area to give me an estimate to replace my roof and gutters. I came across American Home Contractors through a google search and their qualifications were above anyone in the area. 154 google reviews with an average of 5.0, GAF Master Elite status, and over 500 projects in the area. The point of contact for our project was David DaVeiga. He was extremely thorough in his initial assessment of our roof. He pointed out some of the big issues that could have posed a problem in the coming months and he gave perfect solutions to fix it. His team was very efficient and impressive. They completed our roof replacement in one day and it came out perfect. The gutters took only a few hours and looked great as well. Even our neighbors were impressed with how efficient and timely the crew was. I highly recommend American Home Contractors! They were a pleasure to work with and we are extremely happy with how our roof & gutters were done.

I had a small leak on my roof. AHC was recommended to me and I'm glad I decided to call them. I worked with the owner Jon and Corey back at the office. Corey was an excellent communicator and customer service was his top priority.

Jon came out, sealed a few areas for me and said I was ok with the existing roof for a while longer. How much did he charge? Nothing! All I can say is when the time comes for a roof, I'll be working with Jon and the AHC crew. I can't say enough about their honestly and professionalism!

It's been a pleasure working with the American Home Contractors team. My first meeting with Dave was handled professionally and with care and consideration. This treatment carried over through my entire experience with American Home Contractors. We replaced the old stucco and cedar siding with James Hardie planks and shingles. All of our windows were replaced with new Beechworth Windows. We also replaced all soffit and gutters. Our house looks like a brand new house! We are so happy with this new transformation.

AHC completed our project in about two weeks. They are very efficient hard workers, perform quality work, and they are neat and clean.

If we had any questions throughout the process, Dave was always available via text or a call to answer our questions.

We had a leak in the roof and Travis came by to give a quote. Emailed it soon thereafter and wasn't pushy at all. We ended up not doing the roof (I did a patch instead) but that's probably only good for a few years when we do need to do it totally I will call Travis. He was professional and not just trying to sell. Thanks

It all started when my homeowner's insurance said I needed a new roof in 30 days. I've had my homeowner's insurance canceled on me before and another one would mean problems with the bank. I tried to tell my story to other contractors that gave me quotes, but I didn't feel like they took my situation seriously. AHC were the only ones that showed compassion and accepted the short timeline. They finished the job early, did a great job, and it was such a pleasant experience working with them. Dave D is a saint, but I'm sure anyone you work with will be too

We had a small ceiling leak on the back extension of our house. I called AHC and Dave DaVeiga responded. We set up an appointment. I was impressed with him from our first phone conversation. Now, my wife and I had our suspicions that we were going to need a new roof (shingles were starting to curl etc.) but of course we don't know much about this stuff. Dave was prompt, professional and thorough. Our suspicions were correct. He did an extensive walk through with us. Dave came back a few days later with a quote. I did some research and we decided to go with them. Mainly because of Dave and the feeling we both got that he really enjoyed and took a great deal of pride in his work and his crew's work. While we were waiting for our roof to be done I noticed that one of our neighbors went the cheap route while replacing their roof. Let's just say it rained a lot during that time and I saw the trucks for her roofers out there almost every time. Dave always kept in contact. Never ghosted us like some contractors have a tendency to do. He showed up when promised. His crew was efficient and super professional. They did a stellar job all within the amount of time estimated. If you need a new roof do yourself a favor and call these folks. You will not regret it (like I'm sure my poor neighbor is).

SO HAPPY I found this company.... a cut above the rest! I found American Home Contractors through an internet search, and since they were one of the only roofing companies I was considering that had no negative reviews on yelp, (and many positive ones), I called and spoke with Chris Core, who was available to come to our home that day. He was super nice, generous and honest, spent alot of time addressing all our questions and explaining what to expect, and gave us a long list of references of jobs (w/ addresses) completed in our surrounding area. He had a proposal ready the following day, and was able to start installing our new roof immediately, accommodating all our time constraints.(most other co.'s were booked months in advance).
From my very first appointment with Chris, till the day Chris and Lenny's crew completed the job from start to finish, my family and I were more than impressed with the companies professionalism, great communication skills, and standard of 'excellence' in all aspects of the job. Chris, Lenny and his crew were so considerate, dependable, and VERY fast and efficient, cleaning up while they were installing the new roof, and finishing the job sooner than was proposed! These guys ROCK!! The roof looks amazing, and the property is cleaner than even before they came! Chris and his crew went over and above what I ever would have expected, in their knowledge, skill, and quality customer service. Unequivocally, I highly recommend this company, Chris and Lenny's team... you will not be disappointed! (at a great rate I might add :), I will definitely be using them for future projects on my home.

We searched for a windows contractor on Home Advisor. After comparing to several contractors, we finally pick American Home. The salesperson showed up quickly and presented us with samples. He was very, polite, professional and not pushing. The window should be ordered from Ohio manufactures right away and be installed the weekend before Thanksgivings. For some reason, the person who is in charge our project left the company and our project was left in the drawer without putting any order. When I called the week before scheduled installation, folks from American Home was surprised to find out that we have been left behind hanging dry. I am glad that the owner, John Parker, called us immediately and apologized sincerely. He did everything he can trying to fix the issue. The order was submitted right away and was finished within three weeks.

Installation of our seven windows happen on Saturday. It is the busiest day every week for them. You need to schedule at least two-three weeks ahead if you want it done on weekend. The two guys came in the morning. He kindly protect our floor and carpet with cover. I thought it will take at least a day, and I am happy that all windows were installed within 3 hours. The wall and the window trims get scratched. I have to re-touch the trims and re-paint the walls.

During the whole process, the owner kept constant communication with us on every update.

Even though John wasn't able to help me with the issue I had, knowing that he still picked up the phone to check and see if there was anything he could help with. I told him of the situation and he gave me some advice, free of charge and only asked that I consider him when thinking of any future work. It's rare for people to offer advice free anywhere, much less in an area where most people are unfamiliar, and can get some *bad* advice.

I have to thank John for his honesty and his help, and if he was willing to do it for nothing, just imagine how that ethic and honesty can be used when actually doing the work. I'll consider John any time I need something done.
