Dr. Mowery is fantastic! He is very attentive to me at every visit and seems genuinely concerned with making sure he has a proper diagnosis before making any discussion.

The nursing staff is amazing too. At my last visit, Sheila was very professional, courteous, and thorough with my consultation. The office was very crowded that day and she checked on me during my wait as well as kept me updated throughout my visit. She is a great nurse!

I always have a great experience here and will continue to come in the future.

Billing representatives are very incompetent and rude. Very dissatisfied with this urgent care.

I have been here for over an hour and haven't seen anyone. I am here for a sprain ankle. They need separate wait areas for the sick vs injured. I am surrounded by people coughing and sneezing without covering there mouths or noses. The cold, RSV, and COVID is still going around.

Finally brought into the back the taking vitals was just plain old rude. At least she did ask if I needed a wheel chair but when I said no that is just going to take longer to walk to her. She sucked in her a breathe and rolled her eyes.

Unable to even get care at this clinic. Phones rang forever and when answered they hung up and went to dial tone. Attempted telemedicine visit but link scheduled with Alabama doctor who couldn't treat. Drove to clinic, sign at door said employee had left to go to the Ridgeland clinic. impossible to contact in any way. I will never go there again. Avoid!

Dr. Gibson seemed really sweet. I'm just giving a 1 star for the nurse I had that took my blood pressure and asked the initial questions. She was definitely high. She asked my reason for my visit, and when i explained it to her, she laughed and made a joke.

I'm not one to get offended easily, but it was honestly just embarrassing, unprofessional and i hope no one else experiences this either. I like the AFC in Decatur or Athens better. Much more professional staff.

Couldn't get service and was ignored by ALL THREE receptionist the whole time. I would give it a 0 star if I could.

Waited over an hour in the waiting room and finally had to get up to ask and as they are eating their ChickFila they said oh you are next. Finally got to triage, which she was nice. Never saw a dr, only nurse practitioner, didn't get a full head exam, ears, nose, & throat. Terrible bedside manners and uncaring. They came back and said you must have a cold and sent me on my merry way. Wasted 2-1/2 hours to here that bs!

Usually this place is great. But today I waited almost two hours. I had a nurse that seemed HIGH AF, made no sense, talked over me. Then Dr. Robinson came in, who I'd never had before. He wouldn't listen to me. He examined the wrong part of my body. I asked for imaging because my issue wasn't resolving. He wouldn't listen to me. He was in that room with me for under a minute. He just gave me pain meds for what's probably a herniated disc. Had to throw a gross fit to get a referral for an MRI. Oh, and THERE WAS BLOOD ALL OVER THE EXAM ROOM FLOOR!!! MY GOD. Disgusting people and staff today.

Waited over 2 hrs in waiting room then waited another hr and 15 mins before they did a chest X-ray. Still not done. Would rather wait 3 hrs at the Madison ER. I think they probably were very busy and probably ate lunch also. They usually are pretty good here but 3 1/2 hrs for chest X-ray and blood test to get antibiotics?

Hate they make you give a star when there should be none. Waited over 3 hours just to get my blood pressure checked so I could get my prescription refilled. Just wow, don't go here, they don't care about what's going on with you.
