Insurance FRAUD from ALLSTATE on Home Owners insurance... Fraud by changing square footage for personal gain proven. Insurance commissioner has approved complaint and pending reimbursement

I have left Mike Ponce an email and a voicemail as of 1/18/2023 and I have yet to hear from him. Today is 2/8/2023 and still no work from him nor via email. I would recommend you go to a different company. Unfortunately I had to give a star in order to place my review.
Ps, emails don't lie... I thought to share to the public just in case there was any discrepancy or lies. Please see attachment as you can see from today screenshot 2/8/2023 Mike Ponce has not responded.. now if he can prove that he did? Please add this to support evidence on the comments, and if so and any other evidence that shows you Mike Ponce have truly and sincerely ever spoke to me.
Mike Ponce, this sincerely sad... your able to reach me now because I'm leaving you a bad review, to now you want to excuse yourself that your email are sent to a different portal that's why you're not getting them? That sounds like smart business to me, just like this conversation on Yelp. I've called you and left you a voicemail twice but your to busy or maybe the voicemail also got sent to a different portal that way you can continue run your day to day business and push back clients like myself. This is kids games! If you we're my client Mike,. and this message came up and alerted me. The first thing I would've done was to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay and see how we can move forward to get whatever issues I'm having resolved... this is not common sense, it's called communication that leads into good business. I'm not going to argue here with you Mike Ponce your not a 5 year old to hold your hand and show what needs to be accomplished here. Have a good night Mike Ponce, and please check email, check in the spam, check in the "other portal" that the emails gets sent to,. And reach back out to all of your other clients out there who are possibly waiting to hear from and get in touch with your IT department to fix your email forwarding issues. Charlie, we received your email dated 1/18/23 at 8:59 pm (after our office hours). You indicated in your email that you wanted to transfer to our office for “better customer service” advising that you have worked with a prior Allstate agent and also Allstate direct.
The next morning, on 1/19/23 at 9:52 am, we immediately responded to your email asking you to forward us the document you were needing help with. We also provided you with a date and time for an appointment so that we could dedicate our full attention to help you resolve your request.
I kindly ask that you correct your statement that we never responded to you when, in fact, we replied to your email immediately the next morning during our office hours.
In response to your latest comments and screenshot, our emails will not show as a direct response to your email. As a protection measure for our customers, our emails are sent through a separate secure email portal system. I would not recommend this Allstate agent for insurance. They are very rude and cut you off when you are asking questions about your policy. Jeanette Hernandez talks to you like your stupid if you don't understand your policy she is very rude. I will be switching Allstate agents!!

I called to get my off road vehicle insured as my insurance company does not do off road vehicle. I wanted to use someone local and I read that Allstate was a good company to use for off road vehicle. I first talked to Carly she was absolutely amazing very helpful and friendly a complete pleasure to talk to. We tried to get all my insurance to be bundled together with Allstate but unfortunately they were more expensive so I decided to just get the one vehicle covered.
Later that day I was discussing with my wife the wonderful interaction I had and were debating about paying the difference to change companies because good service is worth it.
No more than a few minutes later I received a call from Mike Ponce (paraphrasing) he had a horrible attitude towards me saying they do not just insure UTVs by themselves. He then was asking why my insurance company wouldn't cover it and how long I have been with them , and I have been with them 4-5 years and they do not cover those. He said if you have been with them so long why won't they cover you. I stated again they do not insure off road vehicle. He then said I need to have your cars insured here as well. I explained how it was more expensive but I would run some numbers and see what I could do. We planned for him to call me back Monday at 9 AM and end of the conversation. My wife looked at me after I hung up the phone and asked who was yelling at me and why. I have never been talked like that for a service I was trying to purchase and didn't know what to say.
Today at 9 AM I received a call from Mike he started to discuss my car insurance policy and I simply told him do not worry about it I will just cancel my UTV policy with him as I felt very disrespected. I then started to explain how amazing Carly was and how I was going to switch. Before I could even finish he hung up on me without saying anything.
If this is how you deal with new customers I cannot imagine how you would react when I would have to file a claim.

We love our customers and as our reviews show on all of our websites we have great long term
relationships with them. Based on your remarks, it appears the advice we were attempting to provide you was misinterpreted as I was trying explain that our best rates occur when our policies are bundled. The purpose of the scheduled follow up call was to provide you more details on our bundled policy options. However, you expressed you were not interested and requested that we cancel your policy. I have been with Allstate for over 20 years. Allstate has great prices and even better prices when you get home and auto together. The process is easy when you file a claim. Their customer service is awesome! They are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming.

I truly recommend coming to AllState insurance. All the agents are very courteous and friendly. We're very satisfied with every coverage service we have with them. Plus, the new office is very clean and professional.

My husband and me have had 2 competitors auto insurance and Allstate has by far been our favorite. Auto loans are affordable, and the staff for Mike Ponce is always so helpful and kind. Due to covid 19 they gave us 20% back which we were very thankful for. If you're unhappy with your current insurance I definitely recommend you make the switch!

I'm finally done with all state never will be insured by this company ever again workers themselves are not a problem they do provide great customer service but charging a $25 for a late payment it's just ridiculous I switched over to Geico they don't charge late fees and I'll be paying $7 less a month goodbye all state thanks for the 2 free coffee cups when I did first join I still have those :) I hope the $25 late fee was worth it lost someone who has a clean driving record and has never been a single car accident :) update response to mike my bank doesn't charge me $25 extra ALL STATE does I saw it on my bill that said I would be charged more and yes I didn't have sufficient funds but as soon as I did I called all state and told them to go ahead and take the payment I called today and cancelled didn't make a big fuss about it to the lady I spoke to just told her to nicely cancel my policy I wasn't going to try to dispute the late fee you guys can have it I rather leave and not look back

It is unfortunate that you decided to post this against our Agency considering that we have been professional and courteous with you in all of our interactions. Please note that the late fees you are referring to are due to your check returning due to insufficient funds and your bank charges these fees when this occurs. At any rate, we are sorry to see you leave. No worries on the coffee cups. Enjoy.

MikeMar 4, 2018Previous reviewHaving life insurance with all state has been such a head ache I wish I would've never signed up for it I just threw away money in the trash and I already cancelled but for some reason I'm still being charged it's been nothing but phone calls to the agent that talked me into getting life insurance when I only needed car insurance! I've had to dispute late fees with my bank 2 times already because I supposably didn't have enough money in the bank which is complete bs! After so many late fees Im done with their life insurance and then they act like all state has nothing to do with it and blame it on the bank it makes me so angry that they just want to steal money! I most likely will be cancelling my car insurance as well and will be disputing February's payment! Waste of my time never again I'm fine having my life insured with State Farm never had issues with them
