I'm long time customer of Becky Gordon and recently had one more chance to realize how fortunate I'm to have her as my insurance agent. Long story short - I had car accident with multiple cars involved. Allstate internal bureaucratic machine failed this time and somebody else car information ended up in my Allstate records. It took tremendous efforts to clarify this clerical error. Basically once something is in computer database it's next to impossible to fix that error. It took Becky Gordon dedication to her customers and deep knowledge of Allstate internal processes to resolve this issue. Highly recommend !!!
