Once I provided her with all the car information, she was ready to hang up without even asking me important facts like defensive driving discounts or what deductibles I wanted. Instead she busted my chops over minimum liability coverage on a car I hardly ever use and is old. Because of her I would never recommend using this particular Allstate. The kicker came when she called me back and gave me a quote minus the one car she busted my chops about. Then she gave me the total for 6 months and I asked what that came out to per month and she gave me an attitude. If that was my company and she treated my clients like that, I would fire her. Lastly, the price she gave me was so outrageous I hardly doubt she was diligent in getting the quote based on the proper information. If you decide to use this particular Allstate, ask for someone else and avoid the woman that doesn't deserve the position she has.
In response to your response, you clearly do not listen well. I did volunteer the information because she didn't ask. Lucky for me I am not ignorant and know exactly what I am dealing with. You conveniently left out details like Evelyn was going to call Allstate directly to get a quote. You will say what you need to in order to justify her actions and to promote your business. She was rude and did not come off knowledgeable. Bottom line!!!! For the mere fact that you are so defensive speaks volumes. Lastly, you can inform the business you insure and mentioned of anything you like. Your threats are laughable to say the least. The same ignorance you displayed in your response is the same ignorance you have running your company. It is my opinion! Some people will love you and others won't. Hi Jen, I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience with my agency. However, upon listening to the recorded call between yourself and Evelyn, your fabrication of detail is quite amazing. Your defensive driver credit along with your deductibles were both discussed upon your initial call as you had volunteered this information to Evelyn without her even having a chance to ask you some specific detail regarding these coverages. Regarding your comment about "busting your chops" over having NY State minimum liability coverage, Evelyn had simply done her job as a trusted advisor in making a recommendation and advising you of a potential pitfall in coverage that you currently possess. You mentioned in your review that one of your vehicles was not quoted in the proposal that Evelyn had given you upon her return call. You conveniently left out the part of the conversation where you were advised that we could not write insurance for one of your listed vehicles as it shows on our end as a commercial use vehicle and is not permitted by our company to write on a personal use policy. Evelyn was nothing but polite, helpful and informative. So before you go and decide to bash a local small business who has spent decades in building their reputation, I would first get your facts straight and leave the lies to the curb. And by the way, I'm quite certain that YOUR local small roofing business operated by your family would not approve of your antics.

We only have A Co-op Home owners policy but we get EXCELLENT Care/Service from Andrew. He alwayst akes the time to email us after any extreme weather & then just generally at least once a month.
